What is claimed is: 1. A method for treating an androgen-independent prostate cancer in an individual afflicted with the androgen-independent prostate cancer, the method comprising administering to the individual afflicted with the androgen-independent prostate cancer: a) CHR-3996 (2-(6-{[(6-Fluoroquinolin-2-yl)methyl]amino}-3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-yl)-N-hydroxypyrimidine-5-carboxamide); and b) a primary human NK cell. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein CHR-3996 is administered orally. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein CHR-3996 is administered at a dose of less than 40 mg per day. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein CHR-3996 is administered at a dose of less than 20 mg per day. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein CHR-3996 is administered prior to the administration of the primary human NK cell. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein CHR-3996 is administered during the administration of the primary human NK cell. 7.
