Methods and systems for assessing property based on predictive analytics techniques that use external data are described herein. A server may identify a reference set of information for a reference property evaluated with a reference risk score in accordance with a risk score rule that meets a predetermined threshold. The server may obtain an external data file from an external data source, wherein the external data file includes an external set of information for a prospective property. The server may compare the reference set of information with the external set of information to identify a common feature, condition, or attribute, and if identified, may evaluate the prospective property by determining a predicted risk score based on the external set of information in accordance with the risk score rule. If the predicted risk score is determined to meet the threshold, the server may indicate the prospective property as pre-approved.

What is claimed is: 1. A method comprising: transmitting, by a processor to an imaging vehicle and via an Application Programming Interface (API), a command to capture an image of a property, the command comprising Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates corresponding to a location of the property; capturing, by the processor via the imaging vehicle and based at least in part on the command, the image; receiving, by the processor from the imaging vehicle via the API, the image; generating, by the processor, an evaluation report comprising risk attributes associated with a characteristic of the property represented in the image; generating, by the processor and using the image, a virtual environment comprising a model of the property; displaying, by the processor, the virtual environment including the model of the property; generating, by the processor, a visual overlay associated with the model and comprising a representation of the evaluation report; updating, by the processor, the displayed model with the visual overlay; displaying, by the processor, the updated model in the virtual environment; receiving, by the processor, an input into the displayed updated model; and determining, by the processor and based at least in part on the input, a predicted risk score for the property. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: determining, by the processor, that a first resolution of the image is below an image resolution threshold; based at least in part on determining that the first resolution is below the image resolution threshold, transmitting, by the processor to the imaging vehicle via the API, an additional command to capture an additional image of the property having a second resolution greater than the first resolution; and receiving, by the processor from the imaging vehicle, the additional image. 3. The method of claim 2 , further comprising: receiving, by the processor, additional input associated with the virtual environment; and determining, by the processor based at least in part on the additional input, that the first resolution of the image is below the image resolution threshold. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein generating, by the processor, the virtual environment comprising the model of the property comprises removing, by the processor, one or more flaws from the model. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein generating the virtual environment comprising the model of the property comprises: determining, by the processor, a feature of the property associated with the characteristic, wherein the feature is associated with an additional risk attribute distinct from the risk attributes associated with the characteristic; and excluding, by the processor, the feature of the property from the model of the property. 6. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving, by the processor from a user device, an additional input associated with the virtual environment, the additional input indicating an assessment of an additional characteristic of the property represented in the model of the property; and determining, by the processor based at least in part on the assessment and the evaluation report, an updated evaluation report comprising updated risk attributes associated with the additional characteristic of the property. 7. The method of claim 6 , further comprising: determining, by the processor based at least in part on the updated risk attributes, an updated predicted risk score for the property; and determining, by the processor based at least in part on the updated predicted risk score, to insure the property. 8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising displaying, by the processor, a preliminary assessment of the characteristic of the property on the visual overlay in the virtual environment. 9. The method of claim 8 , further comprising receiving, by the processor from a user device, an additional input associated with the virtual environment, the additional input indicating an assessment of the characteristic of the property associated with the preliminary assessment. 10. A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising: transmitting, to an imaging vehicle and via an Application Programming Interface (API), a command to capture an image of a property, the command comprising Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates corresponding to a location of the property; capturing, via the imaging vehicle and based at least in part on the command, the image; receiving, from the imaging vehicle via the API, the image; generating an evaluation report comprising risk attributes associated with a characteristic of the property represented in the image; generating, using the image, a virtual environment comprising a model of the property; displaying the virtual environment including the model of the property; generating a visual overlay associated with the model and comprising a representation of the evaluation report; updating the displayed model with the visual overlay; displaying the updated model in the virtual environment; receiving an input into the displayed updated model; and determining, based at least in part on the input, a predicted risk score for the property. 11. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the operations further comprise: determining that the predicted risk score meets or exceeds a risk score threshold; and based at least in part on determining that the predicted risk score meets or exceeds the risk score threshold, storing an indication in a property profile indicating that the predicted risk score meets or exceeds the risk score threshold. 12. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11 , wherein the operations further comprise generating an identifier of the property based at least in part on determining that the predicted risk score meets or exceeds the risk score threshold. 13. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the operations further comprise: receiving a second input associated with a feature of the property represented in the model of the property; based at least in part on the second input, transmitting, to the imaging vehicle and via the API, an additional command to capture an additional image of the feature; and receiving, from the imaging vehicle, the additional image. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 10 , wherein the operations further comprise displaying a preliminary assessment of the characteristic of the property on the visual overlay in the virtual environment. 15. A system comprising: a processor; and a non-transitory memory storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising: transmitting, to an imaging vehicle and via an Application Programming Interface (API), a command to capture an image of a property, the command comprising Global Positioning System (GPS) coordinates corresponding to a location of the property; capturing, via the imaging vehicle and based at least in part on the command, the image; receiving, from the imaging vehicle via the API, the image; generating an evaluation report comprising risk attributes associated with a characteristic of the property represented in the image; generating, using the image, a virtual environment comprising a model of the property; displaying the virtual environment including the model of the property; generating a visual overlay associated with the model and compri
