A method for permanent time setting of a sympathetic watch ( 200 ) by a sympathetic clock ( 100 ) forming a sympathetic assembly ( 1000 ) with the watch ( 200 ) which includes an hour display ( 4 ) and a minute display ( 5 ), a reference position of which will be defined, and the time-setting is executed only at request by action of a user on a control means ( 300 ) included in the clock ( 100 ) or the watch ( 200 ), or automatically periodically controlled by the clock ( 100 ), and, to perform the time setting, the clock ( 100 ) drives the displays ( 4; 5 ) of the watch backwards, in the counter-clockwise direction, with a sufficiently long stroke to ensure that the displays ( 4; 5 ) pass through the reference position; or the clock controls means of the watch ( 200 ) which are disposed so as to ensure the displacement of the displays to the reference position by means of heart-pieces.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method for reference time setting of a sympathetic watch ( 200 ) by a sympathetic clock ( 100 ), with which said watch ( 200 ) forms a sympathetic assembly ( 1000 ) including a connection mechanism including at least two distinct transmission lines between said clock ( 100 ) and said watch ( 200 ) when said watch ( 200 ) is deposited in a receptacle ( 150 ) included in said clock ( 100 ), in a transfer position, said watch ( 200 ) including at least one resonator ( 10 ), and a display gear train and a finishing gear train, and at least one stop mechanism ( 20 ) arranged to stop the operation of said resonator ( 10 ) or else both a said stop mechanism ( 20 ) and a coupling mechanism allowing to separate the display from the finishing gear train, and said watch ( 200 ) including at least one hour display ( 4 ) and one minute display ( 5 ), a reference position of which will be defined, wherein the time-setting is executed only at request by action of a user on a control means ( 300 ), or automatically periodically controlled by said clock ( 100 ), and wherein, to perform said time setting, said clock ( 100 ) drives said displays ( 4 ; 5 ) of the watch backwards, in the counter-clockwise direction, with a sufficiently long stroke to ensure that said displays ( 4 ; 5 ) pass through said reference position; or wherein said clock controls means of said watch ( 200 ) which are disposed so as to ensure the displacement of the displays to said reference position by means of heart-pieces. 2. The time setting method according to claim 1 , wherein, through an interface, said clock ( 100 ) drives said minute display of the watch ( 5 ), and through said minute display drives said hour display of the watch ( 4 ), in the counter-clockwise direction, in order to block the minute and hour display at the reference position, the drive by said clock ( 100 ) continuing on a friction system, and wherein then, through a suitable interface, said clock ( 100 ) drives said minute display of the watch ( 5 ) this time in the normal clockwise direction, and by said minute display said hour display of the watch ( 4 ), until they reach an exact time in continuous rotation. 3. The time setting method according to claim 1 , wherein the action of the user on said control means ( 300 ) actuates said stop mechanism ( 20 ) to stop the operation of said resonator ( 10 ), prior to the drive of said displays ( 4 ; 5 ), to said reference position, and wherein, after an instantaneous time has been reached by said displays ( 4 ; 5 ), of said watch ( 200 ), said clock ( 100 ) drives said displays ( 4 ; 5 ), as long as said watch ( 200 ) is in the transfer position in said receptacle ( 150 ), and wherein the removal of said watch ( 200 ) from said receptacle ( 150 ) separates said watch from said clock ( 100 ) and generates the release of said stop mechanism ( 20 ) to allow the operation of said resonator ( 10 ). 4. The time setting method according to claim 3 , wherein when the user acts on said control means ( 300 ), said clock ( 100 ) actuates said stop mechanism ( 20 ) through an all or nothing interface to stop the operation of the resonator ( 10 ). 5. The time setting method according to claim 3 , wherein, to drive said displays ( 4 ; 5 ) backwards, said clock ( 100 ) drives said displays ( 4 ; 5 ), through a movement transmission interface, and wherein, after reaching the instantaneous time by said displays ( 4 ; 5 ), in a normal clockwise direction, said clock ( 100 ) drives said displays ( 4 ; 5 ), as long as said watch ( 200 ) is in the transfer position in said receptacle ( 150 ), and wherein the removal of said watch ( 200 ) from said receptacle ( 150 ) separates said watch from said clock ( 100 ) and generates the uncoupling between said movement transmission interface and said displays ( 4 ; 5 ). 6. The time setting method according to claim 1 , wherein, for a said watch ( 200 ) displaying a twelve-hour display, said stroke with a value greater than twelve hours is selected. 7. The time setting method according to claim 1 , wherein said watch ( 200 ) is equipped with, for each of its said displays ( 4 ; 5 ), a pawl arranged to block said display ( 4 ; 5 ), when the pawl switches into the position corresponding to said reference position. 8. The time setting method according to claim 1 , wherein a reference automatic time-setting triggering is selected, which is controlled by said clock ( 100 ), either periodically by a mechanism connected to the rotation of the displays of said clock ( 100 ), or by the triggering of an ancillary mechanism set by the user, at an instant defined by the user in an alarm-type mechanism. 9. The time setting method according to claim 1 , wherein a said reference time-setting is triggered, either by an action of the user during a time-setting request, or by a time-setting control by said clock ( 100 ). 10. The time setting method according to claim 1 , wherein the winding is carried out only at request during an action of a user on said control means ( 300 ) during the reference time setting which allows said winding.
