A motor vehicle having a motor vehicle lock which is paired with a movable door element and which comprises a locking mechanism consisting of a rotary latch and at least one pawl. In an open position of the locking mechanism, at least one part of an inlet region for a lock holder can be released. The motor vehicle also has an actuation means which is arranged in the free inlet region, wherein the actuation means forms at least one part of an energy power supply of the motor vehicle lock.

The invention claimed is: 1. A motor vehicle comprising: a motor vehicle lock comprising a lock holder and a locking mechanism, the motor vehicle lock being paired with a movable door element; the locking mechanism including a rotary latch and at least one pawl, and an actuator, wherein, in an open position of the locking mechanism, at least one part of a free inlet region for the lock holder is released, and the actuator is arranged in the free inlet region, wherein the actuator is at least one part of an emergency power supply of the motor vehicle lock, wherein the emergency power supply includes an energy store and an energy store housing that houses the energy store, and the actuator is one part of the energy store housing, and wherein the energy store is removable by removing the actuator and accessing the energy store at the free inlet region. 2. The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator is part of a housing cover of the emergency power supply. 3. The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the energy store is guided by the actuator. 4. The motor vehicle lock according to claim 3 , wherein the actuator includes an extension that surrounds the energy store and a spring the secures a position of the energy store. 5. The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator comprises a holder for the energy store. 6. The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator is one part of an emergency lock or child lock of the motor vehicle lock. 7. The motor vehicle lock according to claim 1 , wherein the energy store housing is part of a lock housing of the motor vehicle lock. 8. The motor vehicle according to claim 7 , further comprising a seal that is arranged between the actuator and the lock housing. 9. The motor vehicle lock according to claim 8 , wherein the seal is a sealing ring positioned around the actuator. 10. The motor vehicle lock according to claim 1 , wherein the motor vehicle lock has at least one electric drive, wherein the electric drive is supplied with energy by the emergency power supply in the event of a sufficient power drop or power failure in the motor vehicle. 11. The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the energy store housing is part of the actuator, and the actuator includes a lever mechanism. 12. The motor vehicle according to claim 1 , wherein the energy store housing is a battery compartment that houses a battery that acts as the energy store. 13. The motor vehicle lock according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator is rotatable to different positions for different functions of the actuator. 14. The motor vehicle lock according to claim 13 , wherein the actuator provides haptic feedback to indicate a rotational position of the actuator. 15. The motor vehicle lock according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator includes an insertion slot for receiving a tool for manual actuation of the emergency power supply. 16. A motor vehicle comprising: a motor vehicle lock comprising a lock holder and a locking mechanism, the motor vehicle lock being paired with a movable door element; the locking mechanism including a rotary latch and at least one pawl, and an actuator, wherein, in an open position of the locking mechanism, at least one part of a free inlet region for the lock holder is released, and the actuator is arranged in the free inlet region, wherein the actuator is at least one part of an emergency power supply of the motor vehicle lock, wherein the emergency power supply includes an energy store and an energy store housing that houses the energy store, and the actuator is one part of the energy store housing, and wherein the energy store housing is part of the actuator, and the actuator includes a lever mechanism.
