Abstract

A compound of Formula (I):

pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, deuterated analogs thereof, compositions thereof, and methods of treating disease using a compound thereof, wherein the variable substituents are disclosed herein.

First claim

What is claimed is:

1. A compound of Formula (I):

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or structural isomer thereof, wherein:
R 1 is H, D or C 1-4 alkyl and said C 1-4 alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more halo;
R 2 is H, D or C 1-4 alkyl and said C 1-4 alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more halo; or
R 1 and R 2 , together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, form a C3-C6 cycloalkyl; and
R 3 is C 0-4 alkyl-CN.

2. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is H.

3. The compound of claim 1 , wherein R 1 is methyl.

4. A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of any of claims 1-3 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
