A decorative material has a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface and includes a base material layer and a surface protection layer disposed closer to the first surface than the base material layer is. The base material layer has a plurality of grooves in a surface thereof closer to the first surface, and at least a subset of the grooves has a filled portion therein. The average specular glossiness at 85° of the first surface pursuant to JIS Z8741:1997 is 18% or less, and the standard deviation σ of the specular glossiness at 85° of the first surface pursuant to JIS Z8741:1997 is 1.0% or more.

The invention claimed is: 1. A decorative material having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the decorative material comprising: a base material layer and a surface protection layer disposed closer to the first surface than the base material layer is, wherein the base material layer has a plurality of grooves in a surface thereof closer to the first surface, at least a subset of the grooves has a filled portion therein, and an average specular glossiness at 85° of the first surface pursuant to JIS Z8741:1997 is 18% or less, and a standard deviation σ of specular glossiness at 85° of the first surface pursuant to JIS Z8741:1997 is 1.0% or more. 2. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein the average specular glossiness at 85° is 1.5% or more and 18% or less. 3. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein the standard deviation σ of specular glossiness at 85° is 1.0% or more and 7.0% or less. 4. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein an average static coefficient of friction of the first surface is 1.200 or less. 5. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein a standard deviation σ of static coefficients of friction of the first surface is 0.180 or more. 6. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein the surface protection layer contains a matting agent. 7. The decorative material according to claim 1 , comprising a primer layer between the base material layer and the surface protection layer. 8. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein the base material layer includes a transparent resin layer, an adhesive agent layer, a decorative layer, and a base material in this order in a direction from the first surface toward the second surface. 9. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein an average width of the grooves is 10 μm or more and 2000 μm or less, and a standard deviation of widths of the grooves is 20 μm or more and 600 μm or less. 10. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein an average depth of the grooves is 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and a standard deviation of depths of the grooves is 1 μm or more and 20 μm or less. 11. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein an average length of the grooves is 5 mm or more, and a standard deviation of lengths of the grooves is 5 mm or more. 12. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein a percentage of the grooves having the filled portion is 80% or more. 13. The decorative material according to claim 1 , further comprising a bonding layer disposed closer to the second surface than the base material layer is. 14. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein the filled portion contains a coloring agent. 15. The decorative material according to claim 1 , wherein the filled portion contains a matting agent.
