Provided are a control method for a refrigerating and freezing device, and the refrigerating and freezing device. The refrigerating and freezing device includes a cabinet provided with a groove communicating with a surrounding environment and sunken inwards, and at least one fan for promoting air of the surrounding environment to flow into the groove. The control method includes: judging whether a temperature in the groove is less than or equal to a dew point temperature; and if yes, controlling the fan to operate at a first preset rotation speed. The temperature in the groove is increased by controlling the fan to operate to introduce hot air of the surrounding environment into the groove when the temperature in the groove is less than or equal to the dew point temperature, which avoids condensation in the groove and improves safety and reliability of electrical parts in the groove.

The invention claimed is: 1. A control method for a refrigerating and freezing device, the refrigerating and freezing device comprising a cabinet provided with a groove communicating with a surrounding environment and recessed inwards, and at least one fan for promoting air of the surrounding environment to flow into the groove, wherein the control method comprises: judging whether a temperature in the groove is less than or equal to a dew point temperature; if yes, controlling the fan to operate at a first preset rotation speed; judging whether the temperature in the groove is greater than or equal to an ambient temperature; and controlling the fan to stop operating if the temperature in the groove is greater than or equal to the ambient temperature. 2. The control method according to claim 1 , comprising: after performing the step of controlling the fan to operate at a first preset rotation speed for a second preset time, performing the step of judging whether the temperature in the groove is greater than or equal to an ambient temperature. 3. A refrigerating and freezing device, comprising: a cabinet, provided with a groove communicating with a surrounding environment and recessed inwards; at least one fan, configured to promote air of the surrounding environment to flow into the groove; and a controller configured to implement the control method according to claim 1 . 4. The control method according to claim 1 , wherein a temperature of a bottom wall of the groove or an average of temperatures of a plurality of positions in the groove is used as the temperature in the groove. 5. A control method for a refrigerating and freezing device, the refrigerating and freezing device comprising a cabinet provided with a groove communicating with a surrounding environment and recessed inwards, and at least one fan for promoting air of the surrounding environment to flow into the groove, wherein the control method comprises: judging whether a temperature in the groove is less than or equal to a dew point temperature; if yes, controlling the fan to operate at a first preset rotation speed; judging whether the temperature in the groove is greater than or equal to an ambient temperature; and if yes, controlling the fan to stop operating after a first preset time. 6. The control method according to claim 5 , comprising: after performing the step of controlling the fan to operate at a first preset rotation speed for a second preset time, performing the step of judging whether the temperature in the groove is greater than or equal to an ambient temperature. 7. The control method according to claim 5 , wherein a temperature of a bottom wall of the groove or an average of temperatures of a plurality of positions in the groove is used as the temperature in the groove.
