A stick-shaped paper container according to the present invention is introduced herein, and comprises a covering body, a base seat and a sleeving unit, the respective entire structure of all which is integrally compression-molded with only rendering positive draft angles, respectively, only by a wet-fiber pulp-molding process applied for wet plant-fibrous pulps, thereby being capable of simplifying its mold assembly and lowering its mold cost. The covering body, the sleeving unit and the base seat are assembled together into the entire stick-shaped paper container having a container height-to-width ratio between 2 ˜ 5.5.

What is claimed is: 1. A container, comprising: a sleeving unit, including: a first opening; a first section having a first diameter; and a second opening having a second diameter, wherein the second diameter is larger than the first diameter; a covering body configured to removably retain the first section of the sleeving unit with friction; and a base seat removably coupled to the sleeving unit, wherein an outermost base sidewall of the base seat is retained in the second opening of the sleeving unit with friction wherein the sleeving unit, the covering body, and the base seat comprise plant fiber. 2. The container of claim 1 , wherein the covering body is conical. 3. The container of claim 1 , wherein the sleeving unit is tapered from the second opening to the first opening. 4. The container of claim 1 , wherein the sleeving unit further comprises a saddle below the first section. 5. The container of claim 4 , wherein the covering body contacts the saddle when the first section of the sleeving unit is retained in the covering body. 6. The container of claim 5 , wherein the third diameter is larger than the first diameter. 7. The container of claim 5 , wherein the third diameter is substantially equal to the second diameter. 8. The container of claim 4 , wherein the saddle defines a third diameter. 9. The container of claim 1 , wherein the base seat further comprises a bottom terminal. 10. The container of claim 9 , wherein the bottom terminal is flush with a standing sleeve wall of the sleeving unit. 11. The container of claim 1 , wherein the base seat further comprises an outer circular saddle. 12. The container of claim 1 , wherein the container further comprises an adhesive located between the base seat and the sleeving unit. 13. The container of claim 1 , wherein the container is configured to retain a cosmetic.
