Systems, methods, and apparatuses of creating a repair token for a distributed ledger are provided. A method includes identifying an error in the distributed ledger via a computing system. The error is associated with a first block on the distributed ledger. The method further includes creating the repair token having content of the first block and a correction to the error via the computing system.

What is claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: creating, via a computing system, a token to replace a first block of a distributed ledger, wherein the first block is invalid or corrupt, wherein the token points to at least one of a second block preceding the first block or a third block after the first block; at least one of digitally signing or timestamping, via the computing system, the token; and publishing, via the computing system, the token. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the token comprises a pointer to the second block preceding the first block on the distributed ledger, the pointer providing a link between the first block and the second block on the distributed ledger. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the token comprises a pointer to the third block preceding the first block on the distributed ledger, the pointer providing a link between the first block and the second block on the distributed ledger. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the token comprises a content of the first block. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein timestamping the repair token comprises creating a time stamp token (TST) and including the TST in the repair token. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the token is published on a token ledger, and the token ledger is implemented as a database separate from the distributed ledger. 7. The method of claim 6 , further comprising restricting access to the separate database to users of the computing system. 8. The method of claim 1 , wherein the token is used in place of the invalid or corrupt first block by an entity other than the computing system. 9. The method of claim 1 , wherein the token is published as a correction block on the distributed ledger at a predetermined interval comprising a plurality of blocks of the distributed ledger, wherein the first block corresponds to the correction block. 10. A computing system, comprising: at least one processor; and a non-transitory machine readable medium with instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to: create a token to replace a first block of a distributed ledger, wherein the first block is invalid or corrupt, wherein the token points to at least one of a second block preceding the first block or a third block after the first block; at least one of digitally sign or timestamp the token; and publish the token. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the token comprises a pointer to the second block preceding the first block on the distributed ledger, the pointer providing a link between the first block and the second block on the distributed ledger. 12. The system of claim 10 , wherein the token comprises a pointer to the third block preceding the first block on the distributed ledger, the pointer providing a link between the first block and the second block on the distributed ledger. 13. The system of claim 10 , wherein the token comprises a content of the first block. 14. The system of claim 10 , wherein timestamping the repair token comprises creating a time stamp token (TST) and including the TST in the repair token. 15. The system of claim 10 , wherein the token is published on a token ledger, and the token ledger is implemented as a database separate from the distributed ledger. 16. The system of claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is caused to restrict access to the separate database to users of the computing system. 17. The system of claim 10 , wherein the token is used in place of the invalid or corrupt first block by an entity other than the computing system. 18. The system of claim 10 , wherein the token is published as a correction block on the distributed ledger at a predetermined interval comprising a plurality of blocks of the distributed ledger, wherein the first block corresponds to the correction block. 19. At least one processor-readable medium comprising processor-readable instructions, such that, when executed by at least one processor, causes the at least one processor to: create a token to replace a first block of a distributed ledger, wherein the first block is invalid or corrupt, wherein the token points to at least one of a second block preceding the first block or a third block after the first block; at least one of digitally sign or timestamp the token; and publish the token. 20. The at least one processor-readable medium of claim 19 , wherein the token comprises a pointer to the second block preceding the first block on the distributed ledger, the pointer providing a link between the first block and the second block on the distributed ledger; and the token comprises a pointer to the third block preceding the first block on the distributed ledger, the pointer providing a link between the first block and the second block on the distributed ledger.
