A paint composition contains (A) a binder component, (B) a first rheology control agent, and (C) a second rheology control agent, wherein the first rheology control agent (B) is a non-aqueous dispersion resin (b); the second rheology control agent (C) contains a reaction product of (c1) a polyisocyanate compound, (c2) a primary monoamine having a number average molecular weight of 300 or less, and (c3) a polyether amine having two or more amino groups and having a number average molecular weight of 1000 or more and less than 6000; and the proportion of the polyether amine having two or more amino groups and having a number average molecular weight of 1000 or more and less than 6000 (c3) is within the range of 10 to 30 mass % based on the total amount of the components (c1) to (c3).

The invention claimed is: 1. A paint composition comprising (A) a binder component, (B) a first rheology control agent, and (C) a second rheology control agent, wherein the first rheology control agent (B) is a non-aqueous dispersion resin (b), the second rheology control agent (C) contains a reaction product of (c1) a polyisocyanate compound, (c2) a primary monoamine having a number average molecular weight of 300 or less, and (c3) a polyether amine having two or more amino groups and having a number average molecular weight of 1000 or more and less than 6000, and the proportion of the polyether amine having two or more amino groups and having a number average molecular weight of 1000 or more and less than 6000 (c3) is more than 18 mass % and 28 mass % or less based on the total amount of the components (c1) to (c3), and wherein the paint composition provides a sag resistance of 53 μm to 57 μm, the sag resistance being evaluated by measuring a film thickness on a test panel where 3 mm sagging of the paint composition was observed from the lower end of a punch hole. 2. The paint composition according to claim 1 , wherein the polyether amine having two or more amino groups and having a number average molecular weight of 1000 or more and less than 6000 (c3) has three or more amino groups. 3. The paint composition according to claim 1 , wherein the binder component (A) contains a hydroxy-containing resin (Al) and a crosslinking agent. 4. The paint composition according to claim 1 , wherein the paint composition provides a finished appearance of 5.1 to 4.5, the finished appearance being evaluated based on a long wave (LW) value measured by using Wave Scan on a test panel.
