In a mobile communication system, an RRM measurement set is set as a collection of cells to become targets on which a UE performs a process of detecting whether or not radio communication is allowed. Among the cells in the RRM measurement set, a CoMP measurement set is set as a collection of cells to become candidates on which the UE performs a process of detecting whether or not coordinated communication (CoMP communication) is allowed. Among the cells of the CoMP measurement set, a CoMP active set is set as a collection of cells to become targets on which the UE performs the process of detecting whether or not CoMP communication is allowed.

The invention claimed is: 1. A mobile communication system including: a plurality of base stations; and a user equipment, the plurality of base stations performing radio communication with the user equipment in a coordinated manner with each other, wherein a base station among the plurality of base stations transmits measurement object information to the user equipment, the measurement object information indicating a signal to be measured for coordinated communication by the user equipment among signals transmitted from the plurality of base stations, the user equipment transmits measurement result information to the base station, the measurement result information indicating a measurement result of a measurement object signal indicated by the measurement object information, and when handover is performed, the base station transmits a signal notifying that the measurement object signal for coordinated communication is released from a measurement object to the user equipment. 2. The mobile communication system according to claim 1 , wherein the measurement object signal is a reference signal to be measured by the user equipment for obtaining a state of a channel. 3. The mobile communication system according to claim 1 , wherein the measurement object information is transmitted using a communication signal dedicatedly provided for the user equipment. 4. The mobile communication system according to claim 1 , wherein the measurement object information is transmitted using a radio resource control (RRC) signal. 5. The mobile communication system according to claim 1 , wherein the measurement result information is transmitted from the user equipment to the base station that transmits the measurement object information periodically. 6. The mobile communication system according to claim 1 , wherein, when the base station decides to perform the handover, the base station transmits the signal notifying that the measurement object signal for the coordinated communication is released from the measurement object to the user equipment, and wherein, by dedicated signaling, the base station transmits, the signal notifying that the measurement object signal for the coordinated communication is released, from a measurement object to the user equipment. 7. A base station including a processor of a computer, the base station performing radio communication with a user equipment in a coordinated manner with another base station, wherein the processor performs control so that: measurement object information is transmitted to the user equipment, the measurement object information indicating a signal to be measured for coordinated communication by the user equipment among signals transmitted from the base station and the another base station; measurement result information is received from the user equipment, the measurement result information indicating a measurement result of a measurement object signal indicated by the measurement object information; and when handover is performed, a signal notifying that the measurement object signal for coordinated communication is released from a measurement object is transmitted to the user equipment. 8. A user equipment including a processor of a computer, the user equipment performing radio communication with a plurality of base stations that operate in a coordinated manner with each other, wherein the processor performs control so that: measurement object information is received from a base station among the plurality of base stations, the measurement object information indicating a signal to be measured for coordinated communication by the user equipment among signals transmitted from the plurality of base stations; measurement result information is transmitted to the base station, the measurement result information indicating a measurement result of a measurement object signal indicated by the measurement object information; and when handover is performed, a signal notifying that the measurement object signal for coordinated communication is released from a measurement object is received from the base station.
