Therefore, the following is claimed: 1. A toilet system, comprising: a sewage drain pipe; a closet collar coupled to the sewage drain pipe, the closet collar comprising a flange; a seal ring positioned over the flange of the closet collar; an adapter comprising a seal ring receptacle and a funnel, the seal ring receptacle having a tapered component connected to the funnel and positioned within an inner hole of the seal ring, at least a portion of the funnel being inserted into the closet collar, the adapter having an outer side wall that circumscribes the seal ring; a sealing washer positioned over the adapter, the sealing washer having a hole with a smaller diameter than the tapered component of the adapter; a plate positioned over the sealing washer, the plate having a side wall that circumscribes the outer side wall of the adapter; and a toilet positioned over the plate. 2. The toilet system of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of bolts extending through the plate and fastening the toilet. 3. The toilet system of claim 1 , wherein the adapter and the sealing washer are formed as a unitary component. 4. The toilet system of claim 1 , wherein the adapter, the sealing washer, and the plate are formed as a unitary component. 5. The toilet system of claim 1 , wherein the seal ring receptacle of the adapter comprises an inner side wall. 6. The toilet system of claim 1 , wherein a horn of the toilet contacts the sealing washer. 7. The toilet system of claim 1 , wherein the sealing washer contacts an underside of the plate and a top side of the adapter. 8. A toilet seal assembly, comprising: a seal ring configured to be positioned over a toilet closet collar; an adapter component comprising a seal ring receptacle and a funnel, the seal ring receptacle having a tapered component connected to the funnel and configured to be positioned within an inner hole of the seal ring, the funnel of the adapter component being configured such that at least a portion of the funnel inserts into the toilet closet collar, the adapter component having an outer side wall that circumscribes the seal ring; a sealing washer configured to be positioned over the component that comprises the seal ring receptacle and the funnel, the sealing washer having a hole with a smaller diameter than the tapered component of the adapter component; and a plate configured to be positioned over the sealing washer and under a toilet, the plate having a side wall that circumscribes at least a portion of the outer side wall of the adapter component. 9. The assembly of claim 8 , further comprising a plurality of bolts configured to extend upward from the plate and fasten the toilet. 10. The assembly of claim 8 , wherein the seal ring receptacle of the adapter component comprises an inner side wall. 11. The assembly of claim 8 , wherein the side wall of the plate is configured to circumscribe at least a portion of the sealing washer. 12. The assembly of claim 8 , wherein the side wall configured to circumscribe at least a portion of the sealing washer and at least a portion of the seal ring receptacle. 13. The assembly of claim 8 , wherein the seal ring receptacle is configured to be disposed directly on the seal ring. 14. The assembly of claim 8 , wherein the plate is configured to be disposed directly on the sealing washer. 15. The assembly of claim 8 , further comprising a plug configured to insert into the hole of the sealing washer. 16. A toilet seal assembly, comprising: a seal ring configured to be positioned over a toilet closet collar; an adapter component comprising a seal ring receptacle and a funnel, the seal ring receptacle having a tapered component connected to the funnel and configured to be positioned within an inner hole of the seal ring, the funnel of the adapter component being configured such that at least a portion of the funnel inserts into the toilet closet collar, the adapter component having an outer side wall that circumscribes the seal ring; a sealing washer affixed to an upper surface of the component that comprises the seal ring receptacle and the funnel, the sealing washer having a hole with a smaller diameter than the tapered component of the adapter component; and a plate configured to be positioned over the sealing washer and under a toilet, the plate having a side wall that circumscribes the outer side wall of the adapter component. 17. The toilet seal assembly of claim 16 , wherein the sealing washer is configured to contact a horn of the toilet. 18. The toilet seal assembly of claim 16 , wherein the seal ring receptacle of the adapter component comprises an inner side wall, the seal ring is positioned between the inner side wall and the outer side wall. 19. The toilet seal assembly of claim 16 , wherein the side wall of the plate is configured to circumscribe at least a portion of the seal ring receptacle. 20. The toilet system of claim 1 , wherein the seal ring is positioned between an inner side wall of the adapter and the outer side wall of the adapter.
