The invention claimed is: 1. A seat device for a vehicle, comprising: a support member detachably attached to a floor of the vehicle; an occupant seat movably supported by the support member and provided with at least one electrical component; and a wireless power supply mechanism configured to supply electric power to the electrical component and including a power transmitting unit attached to the floor, and a power receiving unit attached to the support member so as to face the power transmitting unit and configured to receive the electric power wirelessly from the power transmitting unit, wherein the support member is configured to support the occupant seat so that the occupant seat can slide in a fore and aft direction, and rotatably support the occupant seat via a rotation axis extending vertically so that the occupant seat can rotate horizontally. 2. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein the support member is attached to the floor via at least one attachment member protruding from a surface of the floor, and an upper surface of the power transmitting unit is located lower than an upper surface of the at least one attachment member. 3. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein an upper surface of the power transmitting unit is located lower than a surface of the floor. 4. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein the power transmitting unit and the power receiving unit are configured such that a relative positional relationship therebetween does not change even when the occupant seat moves. 5. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein the support member includes a pair of left and right lower rails, and the occupant seat includes a pair of left and right upper rails slidably engaged with the pair of left and right lower rails. 6. The seat device according to claim 5 , wherein the support member further includes a cross member extending between the pair of left and right lower rails, and the power receiving unit is attached to the cross member. 7. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein the support member is attached to the floor via a pair of front and rear attachment members, and in a side view of the vehicle, the power transmitting unit is located between the pair of front and rear attachment members. 8. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein the power transmitting unit and the floor are connected via a member having higher thermal conductivity than the power transmitting unit. 9. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein the power receiving unit and the support member are connected via a member having higher thermal conductivity than the power receiving unit. 10. A seat device for a vehicle, comprising: a support member attached to a floor of the vehicle; an occupant seat movably supported by the support member and provided with at least one electrical component; and a wireless power supply mechanism configured to supply electric power to the electrical component and including a power transmitting unit attached to the floor, and a power receiving unit attached to the support member so as to face the power transmitting unit and configured to receive the electric power wirelessly from the power transmitting unit, wherein the support member is configured to support the occupant seat so that the occupant seat can slide in a fore and aft direction, and rotatably support the occupant seat via a rotation axis extending vertically so that the occupant seat can rotate horizontally. 11. The seat device according to claim 1 , wherein the occupant seat includes a seat body that includes: a seat cushion on which an occupant sits; a seat back extending upward from a rear end of the seat cushion; and a headrest extending upward from an upper end of the seat back. 12. The seat device according to claim 11 , wherein the at least one electrical component comprises a plurality of electrical components attached to the seat body, the plurality of electrical components includes: an adjustment motor for sliding the occupant seat in the fore and aft direction; and a plurality of heaters for heating the seat body, and the plurality of heaters is attached to an upper surface of the seat cushion and a front surface of the seat back, respectively. 13. The seat device according to claim 10 , wherein the occupant seat includes a seat body that includes: a seat cushion on which an occupant sits; a seat back extending upward from a rear end of the seat cushion; and a headrest extending upward from an upper end of the seat back. 14. The seat device according to claim 13 , wherein the at least one electrical component comprises a plurality of electrical components attached to the seat body, the plurality of electrical components includes: an adjustment motor for sliding the occupant seat in the fore and aft direction; and a plurality of heaters for heating the seat body, and the plurality of heaters is attached to an upper surface of the seat cushion and a front surface of the seat back, respectively. 15. A manufacturing method of the seat device according to claim 1 . 16. A manufacturing method of the seat device according to claim 10 .
