The invention claimed is: 1. A user device, UE, for a wireless communication system, wherein the UE receives a data signal, wherein the data signal comprises at least one data signal block having a plurality of resource elements, the data signal block having a predefined duration in the time domain, and the plurality of resource elements comprising a number of symbols in the time domain and a number of sub-carriers in the frequency domain, wherein the plurality of resource elements comprises first resource elements allocated to a control area and second resource elements allocated to a data area, the control area used for transmitting control information, and the control information indicating whether the data area transmits data assigned to the UE and to be eventually decoded by the UE, wherein the UE comprises a signal processing device configured to process the symbols of the data signal block which have been received, wherein the first resource elements are allocated dynamically using an RRC message including an indication of the first resource elements, and wherein the UE receives the RRC message including the indication of the first resource elements used for transmitting the control information, searches the control area by decoding the first resource elements which are indicated in the RRC message and decodes the second resource elements allocated to data area. 2. The user device, UE, of claim 1 , wherein the UE is to search the control area by decoding a number of symbols indicated in the RRC message and eventually decodes the second resource elements allocated to the data area. 3. The user device, UE, of claim 1 , wherein the control information and data are decoupled in that the control information is transmitted in one part of a subframe or slot and the data assigned to the UE is transmitted in another part of the subframe or slot, or the control information is transmitted in a first subframe or slot and the data assigned to the UE is transmitted in second subframe or slot following the first subframe. 4. A base station for a wireless communication, wherein the base station transmits a data signal, the data signal comprising at least one data signal block having a plurality of resource elements, the data signal block having a predefined duration in the time domain, and the plurality of resource elements comprising a number of symbols in the time domain and a number of sub-carriers in the frequency domain, wherein the plurality of resource elements comprises first resource elements allocated to a control area and second resource elements allocated to a data area, the control area used for transmitting control information, and the control information indicating whether the data area transmits data assigned to a certain user device, UE, and to be eventually decoded by the certain UE, wherein the first resource elements are allocated dynamically using an RRC message including an indication of the first resource elements, and wherein the base stations signals to the certain UE the RRC message including the indication of the first resource elements used for transmitting the control information. 5. A wireless communication system, comprising: a user device, UE, and a base station, wherein the base station transmits a data signal, the data signal comprising at least one data signal block having a plurality of resource elements, the data signal block having a predefined duration in the time domain, and the plurality of resource elements comprising a number of symbols in the time domain and a number of sub-carriers in the frequency domain, wherein the plurality of resource elements comprises first resource elements allocated to a control area and second resource elements allocated to a data area, the control area used for transmitting control information, and the control information indicating whether the data area transmits data assigned to the UE and to be eventually decoded by the UE, wherein the first resource elements are allocated dynamically using an RRC message including an indication of the first resource elements, and the base station signals to the UE the RRC message including the indication of the first resource elements used for transmitting the control information, and wherein the UE receives from the base station the RRC message including the indication of the first resource elements used for transmitting the control information, searches the control area by decoding the first resource elements which are indicated in the RRC message and decodes the second resource elements allocated to data area. 6. A method, comprising: receiving, by a user device, UE, a data signal, the data signal comprising at least one data signal block having a plurality of resource elements, the data signal block having a predefined duration in the time domain, and the plurality of resource elements comprising a number of symbols in the time domain and a number of sub-carriers in the frequency domain, wherein the plurality of resource elements comprises first resource elements allocated to a control area and second resource elements allocated to a data area, the control area used for transmitting control information, and the control information indicating whether the data area transmits data assigned to the UE and to be eventually decoded by the UE, and wherein the first resource elements are allocated dynamically using an RRC message including an indication of the first resource elements, receiving, by the UE, the RRC message including the indication of the first resource elements used for transmitting the control information, searching, by the UE, the control area by decoding the first resource elements which are indicated in the RRC message, and decoding, by the UE, the second resource elements allocated to data area. 7. A non-transitory computer program product comprising a computer readable medium storing instructions which, when executed on a computer, carry out a method comprising: receiving, by a user device, UE, a data signal, the data signal comprising at least one data signal block having a plurality of resource elements, the data signal block having a predefined duration in the time domain, and the plurality of resource elements comprising a number of symbols in the time domain and a number of sub-carriers in the frequency domain, wherein the plurality of resource elements comprises first resource elements allocated to a control area and second resource elements allocated to a data area, the control area used for transmitting control information, and the control information indicating whether the data area transmits data assigned to the UE and to be eventually decoded by the UE, and wherein the first resource elements are allocated dynamically using an RRC message including an indication of the first resource elements, receiving, by the UE, the RRC message including the indication of the first resource elements used for transmitting the control information, searching, by the UE, the control area by decoding the first resource elements which are indicated in the RRC message, and decoding, by the UE, the second resource elements allocated to data area.
