What is claimed is: 1. An electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, the electrolyte solution comprising an electrolyte comprising a lithium salt, a solvent, and a functional additive agent, wherein the functional additive agent comprises a cathode film additive agent in an amount of 0.1% to 1.0% by weight with respect to a weight of the electrolyte, the cathode film additive agent is (4-allyl-2-methoxyphenoxy)trimethylsilane represented by the following formula: 2. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the cathode film additive agent is contained in an amount of 0.1% to 0.5% by weight with respect to a weight of the electrolyte. 3. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the lithium salt is one or a mixture of two or more selected from the group consisting of LiPF 6 , LiBF 4 , LiClO 4 , LiCl, LiBr, LiI, LiB 10 Cl 10 , LiCF 3 SO 3 , LiCF 3 CO 2 , LiAsF 6 , LiSbF 6 , LiAlCl 4 , CH 3 SO 3 Li, CF 3 SO 3 Li, LiN(SO 2 C 2 F 5 ) 2 , Li(CF 3 SO 2 ) 2 N, LiC 4 F 9 SO 3 , LiB(C 6 H 5 ) 4 , Li(SO 2 F) 2 N(LiFSI), and (CF 3 SO 2 ) 2 NLi. 4. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the solvent is one or a mixture of two or more selected from the group consisting of a carbonate-based solvent, an ester-based solvent, an ether-based solvent, or a ketone-based solvent. 5. The electrolyte solution of claim 4 , wherein the carbonate-based solvent is a material of ethylene carbonate (EC), ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC), or diethyl carbonate (DEC). 6. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the functional additive agent further comprises vinylene carbonate (VC) as an anode film additive agent, wherein the vinylene carbonate (VC) is added in an amount of 0.5% to 3.0% by weight with respect to a weight of the electrolyte. 7. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the functional additive agent further comprises LiPO 2 F 2 as an anode film additive agent, wherein the LiPO 2 F 2 is added in an amount of 0.1% to 2.0% by weight with respect to a weight of the electrolyte. 8. A lithium secondary battery comprising a cathode, an anode, and an electrolyte solution comprising an electrolyte comprising a lithium salt, a solvent, and a functional additive agent, wherein the functional additive agent comprises a cathode film additive agent in an amount of 0.1% to 1.0% by weight with respect to a weight of the electrolyte, the cathode film additive agent is (4-allyl-2-methoxyphenoxy)trimethylsilane represented by the following formula: 9.
