The invention claimed is: 1. A peptide that specifically inhibits IL-17A binding to ILRA, comprising the amino acid sequence of Formula (I), wherein Formula (I) comprises an amino acid sequence selected from SEQ ID NO: 165, SEQ ID NO: 166, SEQ ID NO: 169, SEQ ID NO: 181, SEQ ID NO: 192, SEQ ID NO: 194, SEQ ID NO: 195, SEQ ID NO: 197, SEQ ID NO: 214, SEQ ID NO: 219, SEQ ID NO: 221, SEQ ID NO: 223, SEQ ID NO: 262, or SEQ ID NO: 263. 2. The peptide of claim 1 , wherein the peptide consists of a 15 amino acid sequence. 3. A peptide that specifically inhibits IL-17A binding to ILRA, comprising the amino acid sequence of IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 1), wherein the peptide further comprises a sequence at the C- and/or N-terminal of the peptide, wherein the peptide comprises, in order, a sequence selected from: (a) (SEQ ID NO: 53) VPGDG (SEQ ID NO: 1) --IHVTIPADLWDWINK, (b) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 53) --VPGDG, (c) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 47) --VPGWG, (d) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 50) --VPGAG, (e) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 44) --ARKKAAKA, (f) (SEQ ID NO: 47) VPGWG (SEQ ID NO: 1) --IHVTIPADLWDWINK, (g) (SEQ ID NO: 50) VPGAG (SEQ ID NO: 1) --IHVTIPADLWDWINK, (h) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 49) --VPGKG, (i) (SEQ ID NO: 49) VPGKG (SEQ ID NO: 1) --IHVTIPADLWDWINK, (j) (SEQ ID NO: 44) ARKKAAKA (SEQ ID NO: 1) --IHVTIPADLWDWINK, (k) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 52) --RRRRRRRR, (1) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 46) --TWWETWW, (m) (SEQ ID NO: 52) RRRRRRRR (SEQ ID NO: 1) --IHVTIPADLWDWINK, (n) (SEQ ID NO: 1) IHVTIPADLWDWINK (SEQ ID NO: 51) --RQIKIWFQNRRMKWKK, or
