What is claimed is: 1. A binding machine comprising: a magazine configured to hold a staple that has a main body portion, a first leg portion and a second leg portion and that is opened between the first leg portion and the second leg portion, wherein the main body portion connects the first leg portion and the second leg portion; a driver configured to push the staple held in the magazine in a forward direction with an opening portion facing forward and configured to move the first leg portion and the second leg portion in the forward direction of the magazine; and a displacement portion configured to engage the first leg portion and the second leg portion with a first object and to bind a second object inserted between the first leg portion and the second leg portion, by displacing the first leg portion and the second leg portion moved in the forward direction of the magazine, wherein the displacement portion is configured to displace the first leg portion to intersect the second leg portion in a top view, the top view corresponding to a direction perpendicular to a plane penetrating through the first leg portion, the second leg portion and the main body portion before binding, the magazine is positioned rearward of an intersection point where the first leg portion and the second leg portion intersect each other in a rearward direction opposite to the forward direction, the displacement portion is configured to engage the first leg portion and the second leg portion with the first object in a first region forward of the intersection point in the forward direction, and the displacement portion is configured to bind the second object inserted between the first leg portion and the second leg portion in a second region rearward of the intersection point in the rearward direction. 2. The binding machine according to claim 1 , wherein the displacement portion includes a fulcrum portion positioned in an inward direction of the first leg portion and moved in the forward direction, wherein the inward direction is a direction from an outer side of the staple toward a region surrounded by the staple, the displacement portion includes a bending portion positioned in an outward direction of the first leg portion and configured to bend the first leg portion in the inward direction with the fulcrum portion as a fulcrum, wherein the outward direction is a direction from the region surrounded by the staple toward an outer side of the staple, and the magazine is positioned rearward of the fulcrum portion in the rearward direction. 3. The binding machine according to claim 2 , wherein the driver is configured to move the staple held in the magazine in the forward direction by a distance of a half of a total length of the staple. 4. The binding machine according to claim 3 , wherein the driver is configured to move the staple held in the magazine in the forward direction by a distance of the total length of the staple. 5. The binding machine according to claim 1 , wherein the driver is configured to move the staple held in the magazine in the forward direction by a distance of a half of a total length of the staple. 6. The binding machine according to claim 5 , wherein the driver is configured to move the staple held in the magazine in the forward direction by a distance of the total length of the staple. 7. The binding machine according to claim 1 , further comprising: a ball screw; and a nut part configured to move based on a rotation of the ball screw, wherein the nut part is configured to move the driver. 8. The binding machine according to claim 7 , wherein a total of a length of the driver and an extension amount of the ball screw in the forward direction from a position of a rear end of the staple held in the magazine, is equal to or larger than a half of a total length of the staple.
