Provided herein is an engagement and care support platform (“ECSP”) computer system including at least one processor in communication with at least one memory device for facilitating senior user engagement. The processor is programmed to: (i) register a user through an application, (ii) register a caregiver associated with the user through the application, (iii) generate a senior profile based upon user personal and scheduling data, (iv) build a daily interactive user interface that reflects the senior profile, (v) display the daily interactive user interface at a first client device associated with the user, (vi) cause the first client device to initiate a daily interaction prompt to the user, (vii) determine whether any user interaction was received in response to the daily interaction prompt, and (viii) transmit a daily update message to a second client device associated with the caregiver, including an indication of whether any user interaction was received.

We claim: 1. An engagement and care support platform (“ECSP”) computer device comprising at least one processor in communication with a chatbot and at least one memory device, the at least one processor of the ECSP computer device is programmed to: detect a plurality of user-initiated interactions of a senior user with the chatbot via audio commands and one or more smart devices of a plurality of smart devices; generate a user activity message summarizing a first user-initiated interaction of the plurality of user-initiated interactions of the senior user with the at least one of the chatbot or a smart device of the one or more smart devices, the user activity message identifying at least a type of the user-initiated interaction by the senior user with the chatbot or the smart device including virtual to-do items for which the senior user has verbally assigned to one or more caregivers; and transmit, to a caregiver client device, the user activity message for display on a user interface of the caregiver client device including voice-based reminders to the one or more caregivers assigned the virtual to-do items by the senior user. 2. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to receive from a first smart device of the plurality of smart devices an indication that the senior user interacted with the first smart device. 3. The ECSP computer device of claim 2 , wherein the indication from the first smart device includes sensor information collected by the first smart device. 4. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to: generate a second user activity message summarizing a second user-initiated interaction of the plurality of user-initiated interactions of the senior user with the chatbot or a smart device of the one or more smart devices, the second user activity message identifying at least a type of the second user-initiated interaction by the senior user with the chatbot or the smart device; and transmit, to the caregiver client device, the second user activity message for display on a user interface of the caregiver client device. 5. The ECSP computer device of claim 4 , wherein the type of the first user-initiated interaction is different from the type of the second user-initiated interaction. 6. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to: detect an additional plurality of user-initiated interactions of the senior user with the chatbot and one or more smart devices of the plurality of smart devices; generate an additional user activity message summarizing an additional user-initiated interaction of the additional plurality of user-initiated interactions of the senior user with at least one of the chatbot and the one or more smart devices; and transmit, to the caregiver client device, the additional user activity message for display on a user interface of the caregiver client device. 7. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the user activity message includes a device that the senior user interacted with. 8. The ECSP computer device of claim 7 , wherein a first smart device that the senior user interacted with is an Internet of Things device. 9. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to cause a user activity page to be displayed on a user interface of the caregiver client device, wherein the user activity page includes a summary of recent user-initiated interactions with the chatbot and the one or more smart devices. 10. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein each user activity message includes when and how the senior user has interacted with the chatbot or the one or more smart devices. 11. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to cause a virtual button to be displayed on a user interface of the caregiver client device, wherein when selected the virtual button initiates a video call from the caregiver client device to a client device associated with the senior user. 12. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to cause a virtual button to be displayed on a user interface of the caregiver client device, wherein when selected the virtual button initiates a telephone call to the senior user. 13. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to cause a virtual button to be displayed on a user interface of the caregiver client device, wherein when selected the virtual button initiates a text message from the caregiver client device to a client device associated with the senior user. 14. The ECSP computer device of claim 13 , wherein the at least one processor instructs the client device to audibly recite the text message to the senior user. 15. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the caregiver client device comprises a plurality of caregiver client devices, wherein each caregiver client device of the plurality of caregiver client devices are associated with one or more caregivers of the senior user, and wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to transmit the user activity message to the plurality of caregiver client devices. 16. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein a caregiver associated with the caregiver client device includes one or more of a family member of the senior user, a friend of the senior user, a paid caregiver of the senior user, a person designated by the senior user, and a healthcare professional. 17. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to cause the chatbot to interact with the senior user in response to an audio prompt from the senior user. 18. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to: determine a frequency of interactions of senior user with the chatbot and the plurality of smart devices; and transmit, to the caregiver client device, one or more notifications including a frequency of senior user interactions with the chatbot and the plurality of smart devices, wherein the frequency of senior user interactions is caused to be displayed on a user interface of the caregiver client device. 19. The ECSP computer device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further programmed to execute the chatbot to audibly interact with the senior user using plain language, wherein the chatbot receives an input signal captured by a first microphone, interprets the input signal, generates an audio plain language response to the interpreted input signal, and responds with the audio plain language response via a first speaker. 20. A computer-implemented method for facilitating senior user engagement, the method performed by an engagement and care support platform (“ECSP”) computer system comprising at least one processor in communication with a chatbot and at least one memory device, the method comprising: detecting a plurality of user-initiated interactions of a senior user with the chatbot via audio commands and one or more smart devices of a plurality of smart devices; generating a user activity message summarizing a first user-initiated interaction of the plurality of user-initiated interactions of the senior user with the at least one of the chatbot or a smart device of the one or more smart devices, the user activity message identifying at least a type of the user-initiat
