The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the state of the first gaming establishment account and the state of the second gaming establishment account comprises a rule to be enforced in association with that gaming establishment account. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first gaming establishment account and the second gaming establishment account comprises a cashless wagering account and at least one of the first server and the second server comprises a cashless wagering server. 8. The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first gaming establishment account and the second gaming establishment account comprises a gaming establishment retail account and at least one of the first server and the second server comprises a gaming establishment retail server. 9. The system of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first gaming establishment account and the second gaming establishment account is accessible via a mobile device application of a mobile device. 10. A system comprising: a processor; and a memory device that stores a plurality of instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: receive registration data associated with a first gaming establishment account maintained by a first server associated with a gaming establishment, and enable the registration data associated with the first gaming establishment account to be made available to a second server associated with the gaming establishment that maintains a second gaming establishment account, wherein the second server is not in communication with the first server such that prior to the registration data associated with the first gaming establishment account being received, the second server was unaware of the first server and the first gaming establishment account. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the memory device stores a plurality of further instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: receive registration data associated with the second gaming establishment account, and enable the registration data associated with the second gaming establishment account to be made available to the first server, wherein prior to the registration data associated with the second gaming establishment account being received, the first server was unaware of the second server and the second gaming establishment account. 12. A method of operating a system, the method comprising: receiving data associated with a state of a first gaming establishment account maintained by a first server associated with a gaming establishment, receiving data associated with a state of a second gaming establishment account maintained by a second server associated with the gaming establishment, wherein the second server is not in communication with the first server, and periodically publishing, via a registration service, the state of the first gaming establishment account and the state of the second gaming establishment account. 13. The method of claim 12 , wherein at least one of the state of the first gaming establishment account and the state of the second gaming establishment account comprises a state of health of that gaming establishment account. 14. The method of claim 12 , wherein at least one of the state of the first gaming establishment account and the state of the second gaming establishment account comprises a state of connection of the server that maintains that gaming establishment account. 15. The method of claim 12 , wherein at least one of the state of the first gaming establishment account and the state of the second gaming establishment account comprises any outages associated with that gaming establishment account. 16. The method of claim 12 , wherein at least one of the state of the first gaming establishment account and the state of the second gaming establishment account comprises at least one transaction performable in association with that gaming establishment account. 17. The method of claim 12 , wherein at least one of the state of the first gaming establishment account and the state of the second gaming establishment account comprises a rule to be enforced in association with that gaming establishment account. 18. The method of claim 12 , wherein at least one of the first gaming establishment account and the second gaming establishment account comprises a cashless wagering account and at least one of the first server and the second server comprises a cashless wagering server. 19. The method of claim 12 , wherein at least one of the first gaming establishment account and the second gaming establishment account comprises a gaming establishment retail account and at least one of the first server and the second server comprises a gaming establishment retail server. 20.
