Compound I of the formulaand/or pharmaceutically acceptable salt(s) of Compound I comprised in a pharmaceutical composition and methods of using the same to treat cystic fibrosis.

The invention claimed is: 1. A method of treating cystic fibrosis comprising administering to a patient in need thereof: (a) 200 mg once daily of crystalline Form A of Compound I: (b) 100 mg once daily of amorphous Compound II: and (c) 150 mg per dose twice daily of amorphous Compound III: 2. A method of treating cystic fibrosis comprising administering to a patient in need thereof: (a) 100 mg once daily of crystalline Form A of Compound I: (b) 50 mg once daily of amorphous Compound II: and (c) 75 mg per dose twice daily of amorphous Compound III: 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the method comprises administering 200 mg of Compound I, 100 mg of Compound II, and 150 mg of Compound III; followed by administering 150 mg of Compound III 12 hours later. 4. The method of claim 2 , wherein the method comprises administering 100 mg of Compound I, 50 mg of Compound II, and 75 mg of Compound III; followed by administering 75 mg of Compound III 12 hours later.
