We claim: 1. A beverage product comprising: (a) a first food grade azo-dye and a second food grade azo-dye, wherein the first food grade azo-dye and the second food grade azo-dye are present in a combined amount of about 0.05 wt % to about 6 wt % of the beverage product; (b) an electrolyte salt in an amount of 0.03 wt % to about 20 wt % of the beverage product, and (c) a solvent, wherein the second food grade azo-dye is different from the first food grade azo-dye, wherein the first food grade azo-dye and the second food grade azo-dye are each selected from Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6, wherein the weight ratio of the first food grade azo-dye to the second food grade azo-dye is about 1:9 to about 9:1, and wherein the beverage product is in the form of a solution and the first food grade azo-dye and the second food grade azo-dye remain in solution for at least seven days under refrigeration. 2. The beverage product of claim 1 , further comprising a third food grade azo-dye selected from Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6, wherein the first, second, and third food grade azo-dye are present in a combined amount of about 0.01 wt % to about 6 wt % of the beverage product. 3. The beverage product of claim 1 , wherein the first food grade azo-dye is Red 40 and the second food grade azo-dye is Yellow 5. 4. The beverage product of claim 1 , further comprising a non azo-dye colorant. 5. The beverage product of claim 4 , wherein the non azo-dye colorant is an anthocyanin-based natural color, Blue 1, turmeric, curcumin, cochineal, betanin, indigoid, or a combination thereof. 6. The beverage product of claim 4 , wherein the non azo-dye colorant is Blue 1. 7. The beverage product of claim 1 , wherein the beverage product contains no more than 0.12 wt % benzaldehyde. 8. The beverage product of claim 1 , wherein the weight ratio of the first food grade azo-dye to the second food grade azo-dye is about 1:4 to about 4:1. 9. The beverage product of claim 1 , wherein the electrolyte salt is included in an amount of 0.03 wt % to about 3 wt % of the beverage product. 10. A beverage product comprising: (a) a first food grade azo-dye and a second food grade azo-dye, wherein the first food grade azo-dye and the second food grade azo-dye are present in a combined amount of about 0.05 wt % to about 6 wt % of the beverage product; (b) an electrolyte salt in an amount of 0.03 wt % to about 20 wt % of the beverage product, and (c) a solvent, wherein the second food grade azo-dye is different from the first food grade azo-dye, wherein the first food grade azo-dye and the second food grade azo-dye are each selected from Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6, wherein the weight ratio of the first food grade azo-dye to the second food grade azo-dye is about 1:9 to about 9:1, and wherein the beverage product is in the form of a solution. 11. The beverage product of claim 10 , further comprising a third food grade azo-dye selected from Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6, and wherein the first, second, and third food grade azo-dye are present in a combined amount of about 0.01 wt % to about 6 wt % of the beverage product. 12. The beverage product of claim 10 , wherein the first food grade azo-dye is Red 40 and the second food grade azo-dye is Yellow 5. 13. The beverage product of claim 10 , further comprising a non azo-dye colorant. 14. The beverage product of claim 13 , wherein the non azo-dye colorant is an anthocyanin-based natural color, Blue 1, turmeric, curcumin, cochineal, betanin, indigoid, or a combination thereof. 15. The beverage product of claim 13 , wherein the non azo-dye colorant is Blue 1. 16. The beverage product of claim 10 , wherein the beverage product contains no more than 0.12 wt % benzaldehyde. 17. The beverage product of claim 10 , wherein the weight ratio of the first food grade azo-dye to the second food grade azo-dye is about 1:4 to about 4:1. 18. The beverage product of claim 10 , wherein the electrolyte salt is included in an amount of 0.03 wt % to about 3 wt % of the beverage product. 19. A beverage product comprising: (a) a food grade azo-dye in an amount of about 0.01 wt % to about 6 wt % of the beverage product; (b) a non azo-component colorant; (c) an electrolyte salt in an amount of about 0.03 wt % to about 20 wt % of the beverage product; and a solvent, (d) wherein the food grade azo-dye is selected from Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, or a combination thereof, wherein the non azo-component colorant is an anthocyanin-based natural color, Blue 1, turmeric, curcumin, cochineal, betanin, indigoid, or a combination thereof, and wherein the beverage product is in the form of a solution, and the non azo-component colorant is included in an amount effective to prevent precipitation of the food grade azo-dye for at least seven days under refrigeration. 20. The beverage product of claim 19 , wherein the non azo-component colorant is Blue 1. 21.
