Provided are a compound of Formula 1 that can improve the luminous efficiency, stability, and lifespan of an organic electronic element employing the compound; a composition comprising the same; an organic electronic element using the same; and an electronic device thereof.

What is claimed is: 1. A compound represented by Formula 1: wherein: R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are the same or different from each other and each are independently hydrogen or deuterium; a and c are each an integer of 0 to 6, b is an integer of 0 to 5, and d is an integer of 0 to 7, L 1 is a single bond, or a C 6 -C 12 arylene group; Ar 1 is an C 6 -C 12 aryl group; wherein the aryl group and arylene group may be substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of deuterium, a C 6 -C 20 aryl group, and a C 6 -C 20 aryl group substituted with deuterium, and hydrogen of these substituents may be further substituted with one or more deuterium. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 is represented by any one of Formulas (A-1) to (A-6): wherein: 1) R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 are each the same or different and independently hydrogen or deuterium, 2) e is an integer of 0 to 5, f is an integer of 0 to 7, g is an integer of 0 to 4, h is an integer of 0 to 5, and 3) * indicates a position to be bonded. 3. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein L 1 is represented by a single bond or any one of Formulas <L-1> to <L-19>: wherein: R 10 , R 11 , R 12 and R 13 are each the same or different from each other and are independently hydrogen or deuterium; j, l and m are each independently an integer of 0 to 4, k is an integer of 0 to 6, and * indicates a position to be bonded. 4. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 comprises at least one deuterium. 5. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound of Formula 1 is selected from the group consisting of compounds P-1 to P-136: 6. A composition for an organic electronic element comprising a compound of claim 1 and a compound represented by Formula 2 or 3: wherein: L 11 , L 12 , L 13 and L 14 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a single bond; a C 6 -C 60 arylene group; a fluorenylene group; a C 2 -C 60 heterocyclic group including at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si or P; and a fused ring group of a C 3 -C 60 aliphatic ring and a C 6 -C 60 aromatic ring, Ar 11 , Ar 12 and Ar 13 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a C 6 -C 60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C 2 -C 60 heterocyclic group including at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si or P; a fused ring group of a C 3 -C 60 aliphatic ring and a C 6 -C 60 aromatic ring; a C 3 -C 60 aliphatic ring; a C 1 -C 50 alkyl group; a C 2 -C 20 alkenyl group; a C 2 -C 20 alkynyl group; a C 1 -C 30 alkoxyl group; and a C 6 -C 30 aryloxy group, Ar 14 is selected from the group consisting of a C 6 -C 60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C 2 -C 60 heterocyclic group including at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si or P; a fused ring group of a C 3 -C 60 aliphatic ring and a C 6 -C 60 aromatic ring; and -L′-N(R a )(R b ), wherein L′ is selected from the group consisting of a single bond; a C 6 -C 60 arylene group; a fluorenylene group; a C 2 -C 60 heterocyclic group including at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si or P; and a C 3 -C 60 aliphatic ring, Z is O, S, C(R 51 )(R 52 ) or NR 53 , wherein R 51 , R 52 , R 53 , R a and R b are the same as the definition of Ar 11 or R 51 and R 52 can be bonded to each other to form a spiro, Ring A is an C 6 ˜C 20 aryl group, R 21 and R 22 are each the same or different, and each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; deuterium; a halogen; a cyano group; a C 6 -C 60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C 2 -C 60 heterocyclic group including at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si or P; a fused ring group of a C 3 -C 60 aliphatic ring and a C 6 -C 60 aromatic ring; a C 1 -C 50 alkyl group; a C 2 -C 20 alkenyl group; a C 2 -C 20 alkynyl group; a C 1 -C 30 alkoxyl group; and a C 6 -C 30 aryloxy group, or an adjacent plurality of R 21 or plurality of R 22 may be bonded to each other to form a ring, aa and ab are each independently an integer of o to 4, wherein the aryl group, arylene group, heterocyclic group, fluorenyl group, fluo
