The invention claimed is: 1. An electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, the electrolyte solution comprising: an electrolyte salt; and an organic solvent; wherein the electrolyte solution further comprises, as additives, vinylene carbonate (VC) represented by Formula 1: and 4-(allyloxy)phenyl fluoro sulfate represented by Formula 2: 2. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the 4-(allyloxy)phenyl fluoro sulfate comprises 0.1 to 1.0% by weight with respect to the total weight of the electrolyte solution. 3. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the VC comprises 0.1 to 10% by weight with respect to the total weight of the electrolyte solution. 4. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the 4-(allyloxy)phenyl fluoro sulfate and the VC are added in a ratio of 1:2. 5. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the electrolyte salt is any one compound or a mixture of two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of: LiPF 6 , LiBF 4 , LiClO 4 , LiCl, LiBr, LiI, LiB 10 Cl 10 , LiCF 3 SO 3 , LiCF 3.0 CO 2 , Li(CF 3 SO 2 ) 3.0 C, LiAsF 6 , LiSbF 6 , LiAlCl 4 , LiCH 3 SO 3 , LiCF 3 SO 3 , LiN(SO 2.0 C 2 F 5 ) 2 , Li(CF 3 SO 2 ) 2 N, LiC 4 F 9 SO 3 , LiB(C 6 H 5 ) 4 , and Li(SO 2 F) 2 N(LiFSI). 6. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the electrolyte salt is comprised in a concentration range of 0.5 M to 1.0 M. 7. The electrolyte solution of claim 1 , wherein the organic solvent is any one or a mixture of two or more solvents selected from the group consisting of: a carbonate-based solvent, an ester-based solvent, an ether-based solvent, and a ketone-based solvent. 8. A lithium secondary battery comprising a cathode, an anode, a separator interposed between the cathode and the anode, and the electrolyte solution of claim 1 . 9. The lithium secondary battery of claim 8 , wherein the cathode comprises a nickel-cobalt-manganese-based cathode active material. 10. The lithium secondary battery of claim 9 , wherein in the cathode active material, nickel, cobalt, and manganese are contained in a ratio of 6:2:2 to 8:1:1.
