The invention claimed is: 1. A 3-phenylisoxazoline-5-carboxamide of formula (I) and/or an agrochemically acceptable salt thereof, in which G represents a group of formula OR 4 ; R 1 and R 2 represent hydrogen; R 3 represents a vinyl group; R 4 represents a methyl group; Y represents oxygen; W represents oxygen; Z represents a group Z-1: where the arrow in each case denotes a bond to the group C=W of formula (I); R 10 represents halogen, cyano or CO 2 R 7 , or represents (C 1 -C 2 )-alkyl or (C 1 -C 2 )-alkoxy, each of which is substituted by m radicals from the group consisting of fluorine and chlorine; X 2 , X 4 and X 6 each represent hydrogen; X 3 and X 5 each represent fluorine R 7 represents hydrogen, or represents (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl, (C 3 -C 6 )-cycloalkyl, (C 3 -C 4 )-alkenyl or (C 3 -C 4 )-alkynyl, each of which is substituted by m radicals from the group consisting of halogen, cyano and (C 1 -C 2 )-alkoxy; k represents the number 0, 1 or 2; where for k >1 R 10 independently of the others may be identical or different; m represents the number 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; and n represents the number 0, 1 or 2. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , where R 10 represents fluorine, chlorine, cyano, CO 2 H, CO 2 CH 3 or CO 2 CH 2 CH 3 , or represents (C 1 -C 2 )-alkyl or (C 1 -C 2 )-alkoxy, each of which is substituted by m radicals from the group consisting of fluorine and chlorine. 3. The compound according to claim 1 , where R 7 represents hydrogen, or represents (C 1 -C 6 )-alkyl or (C 3 -C 6 )-cycloalkyl, each of which is substituted by m radicals from the group consisting of fluorine, chlorine and (C 1 -C 2 )-alkoxy. 4. The compound according to claim 1 , where the number m is 0, 1, 2 or 3. 5. A herbicidal composition or plant growth-regulating composition, comprising one or more compounds of formula (I) or salts thereof according to claim 1 . 6. The herbicidal composition or plant growth-regulating composition according to claim 5 , further comprising a formulation auxiliary. 7. The herbicidal composition or plant growth-regulating composition according to claim 5 , further comprising at least one additional active compound from the group of insecticides, acaricides, herbicides, fungicides, safeners and/or growth regulators. 8. The herbicidal composition or plant growth-regulating composition according to claim 5 , further comprising a safener. 9. The herbicidal composition or plant growth-regulating composition according to claim 8 , in which the safener is selected from the group consisting of mefenpyr-diethyl, cyprosulfamide, isoxadifen-ethyl, cloquintocet-mexyl, benoxacor and dichlormid. 10. A method of controlling one or more monocotyledonous or dicotyledonous plants, comprising applying an effective amount of at least one compound of claim 1 or of a composition thereof to the plants. 11. The compound according to claim 1 for controlling one or more monocotyledonous or dicotyledonous plants. 12. The compound according to claim 11 , wherein the compound is used for controlling one or more monocotyledonous or dicotyledonous plants in one or more crops of useful plants. 13. The compound according to claim 12 , wherein the useful plants are transgenic useful plants. 14. The composition according to claim 5 for controlling one more monocotyledonous or dicotyledonous plants. 15. The composition according to claim 14 , wherein the composition is used for controlling one or more monocotyledonous or dicotyledonous plants in one or more crops of useful plants. 16. The composition according to claim 15 , wherein the useful plants are transgenic useful plants.
