What is claimed is: 1. A display device, comprising: a substrate; an organic light-emitting diode disposed on the substrate; a first layer disposed on the organic light-emitting diode and having a refractive index in a range from about 1.3 to about 1.4; a second layer disposed on the first layer and comprising lithium fluoride (LiF); at least one inorganic layer disposed on the second layer; and at least one organic layer disposed alternately with the at least one inorganic layer, wherein a refractive index difference between the at least one inorganic layer and the at least one organic layer is about 0.06 or less. 2. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the second layer has a refractive index in a range of from about 1.3 to about 1.4. 3. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises: a first electrode disposed on the substrate; an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer. 4. The display device of claim 3 , wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises a first light emission auxiliary layer disposed between the first electrode and the organic light-emitting layer. 5. The display device of claim 4 , wherein the first light emission auxiliary layer comprises at least one of a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer. 6. The display device of claim 3 , wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises a second light emission auxiliary layer disposed between the organic light-emitting layer and the second electrode. 7. The display device of claim 6 , wherein the second light emission auxiliary layer comprises at least one of an electron injection layer and an electron transport layer. 8. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one organic layer has a refractive index of about 1.66 or greater. 9. The display device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one inorganic layer has a refractive index in a range from about 1.6 to about 2.8. 10. A display device, comprising: a substrate; an organic light-emitting diode disposed on the substrate; a first layer disposed on the organic light-emitting diode and having a refractive index in a range from about 1.3 to about 1.4; a second layer disposed on the first layer and comprising lithium fluoride (LiF); at least one inorganic layer disposed on the second layer; and at least one organic layer disposed alternately with the at least one inorganic layer, wherein the at least one organic layer has a refractive index of about 1.66 or greater. 11. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the second layer has a refractive index in a range of from about 1.3 to about 1.4. 12. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises: a first electrode disposed on the substrate; an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the first electrode; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light-emitting layer. 13. The display device of claim 12 , wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises a first light emission auxiliary layer disposed between the first electrode and the organic light-emitting layer. 14. The display device of claim 13 , wherein the first light emission auxiliary layer comprises at least one of a hole injection layer and a hole transport layer. 15. The display device of claim 12 , wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises a second light emission auxiliary layer disposed between the organic light-emitting layer and the second electrode. 16. The display device of claim 15 , wherein the second light emission auxiliary layer comprises at least one of an electron injection layer and an electron transport layer. 17. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the at least one organic layer has a refractive index in a range of from about 1.66 to about 2.8. 18. The display device of claim 10 , wherein the at least one inorganic layer has a refractive index in a range from about 1.6 to about 2.8. 19. A display device, comprising: a substrate; an organic light-emitting diode disposed on the substrate; at least one inorganic layer disposed on the organic light-emitting diode; and at least one organic layer disposed alternately with the at least one inorganic layer, wherein the organic light-emitting diode comprises: a first electrode disposed on the substrate; a first light emission auxiliary layer disposed on the first electrode; an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the first light emission auxiliary layer; a second light emission auxiliary layer disposed on the organic light-emitting layer; and a second electrode disposed on the second light emission auxiliary layer, and a refractive index difference between the at least one inorganic layer and the at least one organic layer is about 0.06 or less. 20. The display device of claim 19 , further comprising: a first layer disposed on the organic light-emitting diode and having a refractive index in a range from about 1.3 to about 1.4; and a second layer disposed on the first layer and comprising lithium fluoride (LiF).
