The invention claimed is: 1. An assay kit for detecting lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity of a test compound, comprising: a compound represented by formula (I): a cultured cell, and at least one compound selected from the group consisting of arachidonic acid and tert-butyl hydroperoxide in a buffer. 2. The assay kit according to claim 1 , wherein the cultured cell is a human hepatoma-derived HepG2 cell. 3. The assay kit according to claim 1 , further comprising a package insert showing an activity value of a compound having lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity. 4. An assay kit comprising any two or more of the assay kits according to claim 1 . 5. An assay method for measuring lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity, comprising: i) providing the assay kit according to claim 1 ; ii) adding a test compound; iii) measuring fluorescence; and iv) determining an activity value of the test compound from the result of measuring the fluorescence. 6. The assay method according to claim 5 , wherein providing the assay kit comprises: preparing the buffer containing the compound represented by formula (I) and the cultured cell; and adding the at least one compound selected from the group consisting of arachidonic acid and tert-butyl hydroperoxide. 7. The assay method according to claim 5 , further comprising comparing the activity value of the test compound from the result of measuring the fluorescence with an activity value of a compound serving as an indicator of lipid peroxidation inhibitory activity. 8. The assay method according to claim 5 , wherein the assay method is performed with a microwell plate.
