The invention claimed is: 1. An adhesive composition for labels, comprising: a salt of lysine and citric acid; and chitosan. 2. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein a mixing molar ratio of the lysine and the citric acid is 1:1 to 1:7. 3. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein a content of the salt of the lysine and the citric acid is 70 parts by weight or less based on 100 parts by weight of the adhesive composition. 4. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein a content of the chitosan is 8 parts by weight or less based on 100 parts by weight of the adhesive composition. 5. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein the adhesive composition has a viscosity of 20,000 mPa·s or more. 6. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein the adhesive composition has an initial tack of 3.0 mJ or more. 7. The adhesive composition of claim 1 , wherein precipitates are not formed in the adhesive composition when the adhesive composition is stored at a temperature of −18° C. to 45° C. for 14 days or more. 8. An adhesive sheet, comprising: a first substrate; and an adhesive layer disposed on one surface of the first substrate, wherein the adhesive layer includes the adhesive composition of claim 1 . 9. An article, comprising: a second substrate; and the adhesive sheet of claim 8 disposed on the second substrate.
