The invention claimed is: 1. A tire rubber composition, comprising, based on 100% by mass of total rubber components therein, 25% by mass or more of an isoprene-based rubber and 35% by mass or more of a styrene-butadiene rubber, and having a tan δ versus temperature curve whose peak tan δ and half width satisfy the following relationship (1): Peak tan δ/Half width≥0.025 (1). 2. The tire rubber composition according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber composition satisfies the following relationship: 0.025≤Peak tan δ/Half width≤0.100. 3. The tire rubber composition according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber composition satisfies the following relationship: 0.027≤Peak tan δ/Half width≤0.080. 4. The tire rubber composition according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber composition comprises a farnesene polymer. 5. The tire rubber composition according to claim 1 , wherein the rubber composition comprises a coumarone-indene resin. 6. A pneumatic tire, comprising the rubber composition according to claim 1 . 7. The pneumatic tire according to claim 6 , wherein the tire has a maximum total tread thickness of 5 mm or more. 8. The pneumatic tire according to claim 6 , wherein the tire has a main tread groove depth of 8.0 to 13.0 mm. 9. The pneumatic tire according to claim 6 , wherein the tire has a main tread groove width of 6 to 16 mm. 10. The pneumatic tire according to claim 6 , wherein the tire has a maximum total subtread thickness at a main groove bottom of 0.5 to 2.0 mm.
