What is claimed is: 1. A roll towel dispenser, comprising: a frame configured to support a roll of paper towel, the roll of paper towel including a primary roll of paper towel and a reserve roll of paper towel; a main roller coupled to the frame, the main roller having an axis of rotation; a transfer tab coupled to main roller and extending away from the main roller; and a transfer bar rotatably coupled to the frame and configured to pivot between a first position and a second position, the transfer tab being closer to the main roller in the second position than when in the first position; wherein the transfer tab is configured to move relative to the main roller during operation of the roll towel dispenser and grip a portion of the roll of paper towel and pull the roll of paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser; and wherein, in the second position, the transfer bar is configured to place a portion of the reserve roll of paper towel in contact with a portion of the primary roll of paper towel. 2. The roll towel dispenser of claim 1 , further comprising: a one-way clutch coupled to the main roller; a motor coupled to the frame and the one-way clutch; and a manual actuator coupled to the frame and configured to drive the main roller; wherein the one-way clutch is configured to transfer torque from the motor to the main roller to drive the main roller, and wherein the one-way clutch permits selective relative movement of the main roller to one of the motor or the manual actuator. 3. The roll towel dispenser of claim 2 , further comprising a main roller gear coupled to the one-way clutch, wherein the main roller gear is positioned between the one-way clutch and the motor such that the main roller gear and the one-way clutch are directly coupled to each other. 4. The roll towel dispenser of claim 2 , further comprising a battery receptacle configured to receive a battery that provides power to the motor. 5. The roll towel dispenser of claim 4 , wherein the battery receptacle is integral with the frame. 6. The towel dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the main roller further comprises a raised contact body, wherein the transfer tab extends a relatively further distance away from the axis of rotation than the contact body. 7. The roll towel dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the transfer tab is a first transfer tab, and wherein the main roller further comprises a second transfer tab spaced apart from the first transfer tab. 8. The roll towel dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the transfer bar is disposed nearer to the primary roll of paper towel in the second position than in the first position. 9. The roll towel dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the transfer tab is configured to: grip a portion of the primary roll of paper towel and pull the primary roll of paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser; and upon emptying of the primary roll of paper towel, grip a portion of the reserve roll of paper towel and pull the reserve roll of paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser. 10. The roll towel dispenser of claim 1 , wherein the portion of the primary roll of paper towel is configured to slide past the portion of the reserve paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser. 11. A roll towel dispenser, comprising: a frame configured to support a primary roll of paper towel and a reserve roll of paper towel; a main roller coupled to the frame and having an axis of rotation; a transfer tab extending away from the main roller and configured to move relative to the main roller during operation of the roll towel dispenser, the transfer tab configured to grip a portion of one of the primary roll of paper towel and the reserve roll of paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser; and a transfer bar pivotably coupled to the frame of the roll towel dispenser and configured to pivot about a lateral axis between a first position and a second position, the transfer bar being disposed nearer to the primary roll of paper towel in the second position than when in the first position; wherein, in the second position, the transfer tab is configured to place a portion of the reserve roll of paper towel in contact with a portion of the primary roll of paper towel. 12. The roll towel dispenser of claim 11 , wherein the transfer tab is further configured to: grip a portion of the primary roll of paper towel and pull the primary roll of paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser; and upon emptying of the primary roll of paper towel, grip a portion of the reserve roll of paper towel and pull the reserve roll of paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser. 13. The roll towel dispenser of claim 11 , wherein the portion of the primary roll of paper towel slides past the portion of the reserve paper towel during operation of the roll towel dispenser. 14. The roll towel dispenser of claim 11 , wherein the transfer tab comprises a plurality of transfer tabs spaced apart from each other along a main roller. 15. The roll towel dispenser of claim 11 , further comprising: a one-way clutch coupled to the main roller; a motor coupled to the one-way clutch; and a manual actuator coupled to the frame and configured to drive the main roller; wherein the one-way clutch is configured to transfer torque from the motor to the main roller to drive the main roller, and wherein the one-way clutch permits selective relative movement of the main roller to one of the motor or the manual actuator. 16. The roll towel dispenser of claim 15 , further comprising a main roller gear coupled to the one-way clutch, wherein the main roller gear is positioned between the one-way clutch and the motor such that the main roller gear and the one-way clutch are directly coupled to each other. 17. The roll towel dispenser of claim 15 , further comprising a battery receptacle integral with the frame and configured to receive a battery that provides power to the motor.
