Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A display apparatus includes a support substrate, a plurality of light emitting structures regularly arranged on the support substrate, and a wavelength conversion part disposed on the plurality of light emitting structures. The wavelength conversion part includes light transmitting portions and blocking portions, the light transmitting portions being disposed on the light emitting structures, respectively, and each of the light transmitting portions including a phosphor for converting a wavelength of light emitted from the corresponding light emitting structure. The support substrate includes a plurality of conductive patterns electrically connected to the light emitting structures, and the light emitting structures are coupled to the plurality of conductive patterns.

What is claimed is: 1. A display apparatus, comprising: a substrate having a conductive pattern; and a plurality of light emitters disposed on the substrate, wherein at least one of the plurality of light emitters includes: an electrode electrically connected to the conductive pattern; a barrier layer covering a region of the electrode, wherein a width of the barrier layer is at least twice that of a height of the barrier layer; and a stacked layer having a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer and an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, wherein the barrier layer includes a first barrier layer and a second barrier layer, wherein the second barrier layer is disposed on the second semiconductor layer and the first barrier layer, and wherein the second barrier layer has a region having a greater thickness than the first barrier layer. 2. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the second barrier layer overlaps with a region of the electrode. 3. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a region of the barrier layer includes a non-conductive material. 4. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a region of the barrier layer is formed between the electrode and the conductive pattern. 5. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein a separation distance between each of the light emitters is twice a width of the one of the light emitters. 6. The display apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the electrode includes a first electrode and a second electrode, and wherein the barrier layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. 7. The display apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising: a blocking layer that is disposed on the substrate and covers a region of the electrode. 8. A display apparatus, comprising: a substrate having a conductive pattern; and a plurality of light emitters disposed on the substrate, wherein at least one of the plurality of light emitters includes: an electrode electrically connected to the conductive pattern; a barrier layer covering a region of the electrode, wherein a width of the barrier layer disposed on a side region of the light emitter is wider than a height of the barrier layer disposed on an upper region of the conductive pattern; and a stacked layer having a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer and an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, wherein the barrier layer covers a region of the plurality of light emitters and the conductive pattern, and wherein the barrier layer has an opening region that overlaps the electrode. 9. The display apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the barrier layer includes a non-conductive material. 10. The display apparatus of claim 8 , further comprising: a blockage that is disposed on the substrate and covers a region of the electrode. 11. The display apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the barrier layer covers a region of the blockage. 12. The display apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the barrier layer covers at least one of the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. 13. The display apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the plurality of light emitters includes a light region that has at least one of a red light region, a blue light region, a green light region and a white light region. 14. The display apparatus of claim 13 , further comprising: a transparent layer that does not convert a wavelength of a light emitted from the plurality of light emitters. 15. A display apparatus, comprising: a substrate having a conductive pattern; and a plurality of light emitters disposed on the substrate, wherein at least one of the plurality of light emitters includes: an electrode electrically connected to the conductive pattern; a barrier layer covering a region of the electrode; and a stacked layer having a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer and an active layer disposed between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer, wherein the electrode includes a first electrode and a second electrode, wherein the first electrode is electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer, and the second electrode is connected to the second semiconductor layer, wherein the barrier layer covers a region of the conductive pattern and exposes a region of the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the barrier layer disposed on a side region of the light emitters has different widths in a side region of the conductive pattern and a side region of the stacked layer, and wherein the conductive pattern is electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode. 16. The display apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the barrier layer includes a non-conductive material. 17. The display apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the barrier layer covers a region of the plurality of light emitters. 18. The display apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the barrier layer covers at least one of the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. 19. The display apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the plurality of light emitters includes a light region that has at least one of a red light region, a blue light region, a green light region and a white light region. 20.
