Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A method includes receiving an indication from a user that a physical payment card is lost or stolen, and an indication to perform a mobile wallet transaction. The method includes accessing a database to retrieve a list of accounts held by the user, and prior to presenting a list of available source accounts, determining that a previously-provisioned source account is no longer available as a source of funds, where the list includes at least one new account that has not been previously provisioned. The method further includes generating a screen display to present to the user, the display showing the list of accounts held by the user at a financial institution. The method includes presenting the list of available source accounts to the user, receiving a user selection of the at least one new account, and transferring funds from the at least one new account to a recipient.

What is claimed is: 1. A computer-implemented method, comprising: receiving, by a computer system, an indication from a user that a physical payment card associated with an account is lost or stolen; receiving, by the computer system, an indication from the user to perform a mobile wallet transaction; accessing, by the computer system, a database to retrieve a list of accounts held by the user at a financial institution; prior to presenting a list of available source accounts to the user, determining that a previously-provisioned source account is no longer available as a source of funds based on the previously-provisioned source account being the account associated with the physical payment card that has been indicated as lost or stolen, wherein the list includes at least one new account that has not been previously provisioned to a mobile wallet; generating, by the computer system, a screen display to present to the user via a mobile device, the screen display showing the list of accounts held by the user at the financial institution, wherein the list does not include the previously-provisioned source account that is no longer available as the source of funds and includes the at least one new account that has not been previously provisioned to the mobile wallet; presenting, by the computer system, the list of available source accounts to the user; receiving, by the computer system, a user selection of the at least one new account; generating, by the computer system, a tokenized card number comprising an identification number including a series of digits; and causing, by the computer system, a provisioning of the at least one new account to the mobile wallet, wherein provisioning the at least one new account includes transmitting the tokenized card number to the mobile device. 2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: receiving, by the computer system, an indication from the user that the user wishes to provision the at least one new account to the mobile wallet; and responsive to the user selection, causing the provisioning of the at least one new account to the mobile wallet as a new source account. 3. The method of claim 2 , wherein, during a transfer of funds, funds are transferred from the new source account to a recipient as part of the mobile wallet transaction. 4. The method of claim 2 , wherein the new source account is a new credit card account created in replacement of the previously-provisioned source account for which the physical payment card was indicated as being lost or stolen. 5. The method of claim 4 , wherein the new credit card account is provisioned as the source of funds for the mobile wallet within one day of receiving the indication from the user that the physical payment card has been lost or stolen. 6. The method of claim 4 , wherein the new credit card account is provisioned as the source of funds for the mobile wallet within one hour of receiving the indication from the user that the physical payment card has been lost or stolen. 7. A non-transitory computer readable media having computer-executable instructions embodied therein that, when executed by one or more processors of a computer system, cause the one or more processors to perform operations, comprising: receiving an indication from a user that a physical payment card associated with an account is lost or stolen; receiving an indication from the user to perform a transaction; accessing a database to retrieve a list of accounts held by the user at a financial institution; prior to presenting a list of available source accounts to the user, determining that a previously-provisioned source account is no longer available as a source of funds based on the previously-provisioned source account being the account associated with the physical payment card that has been indicated as lost or stolen, wherein the list includes at least one new account that has not been previously provisioned to a mobile wallet; generating a screen display to present to the user via a mobile device, the screen display showing the list of accounts held by the user at the financial institution, wherein the list does not include the previously-provisioned source account that is no longer available as the source of funds and includes the at least one new account that has not been previously provisioned to the mobile wallet; presenting the list of available source accounts to the user; receiving a user selection of the at least one new account; generating a tokenized card number comprising an identification number including a series of digits; and causing a provisioning of the at least one new account to the mobile wallet, wherein provisioning the at least one new account includes transmitting the tokenized card number to the mobile device. 8. The non-transitory computer readable media of claim 7 , the operations further comprising: receiving an indication from the user that the user wishes to provision the at least one new account to the mobile wallet; and responsive to the user selection, causing the provisioning the at least one new account to the mobile wallet as a new source account. 9. The non-transitory computer readable media of claim 8 , wherein, during a causing of a transfer of funds, funds are transferred from the new source account to a recipient as part of the transaction. 10. The non-transitory computer readable media of claim 8 , wherein the new source account is a new credit card account created in replacement of the previously-provisioned source account for which the physical payment card was indicated as being lost or stolen. 11. The non-transitory computer readable media of claim 10 , wherein the new credit card account is provisioned as the source of funds for the mobile wallet within one day of receiving the indication from the user that the physical payment card has been lost or stolen. 12. The non-transitory computer readable media of claim 10 , wherein the new credit card account is provisioned as the source of funds for the mobile wallet within one hour of receiving the indication from the user that the physical payment card has been lost or stolen. 13. A computer-implemented method, comprising: receiving, by a computer system, an indication from a user that a physical payment card associated with an account of the user has been lost or stolen; receiving, by the computer system, an indication from the user that the user wishes to perform a mobile wallet transaction; accessing, by the computer system, a database to retrieve information regarding one or more accounts held by the user at a financial institution; determining, by the computer system, that at least one new account from the information has not previously been provisioned to a mobile wallet; generating, by the computer system, a screen display to present to the user via a mobile device, the screen display showing the at least one new account that has not previously been provisioned to the mobile wallet; generating, by the computer system, a tokenized card number comprising an identification number including a series of digits; receiving, by the computer system, an indication from the user that the user wishes to provision the at least one new account to the mobile wallet; and responsive to the indication that the user wishes to provision the at least one new account, causing a provisioning of the at least one new account to the mobile wallet, wherein provisioning the at least one new account includes transmitting the tokenized card number to the mobile device. 14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the information regarding the one or more accounts includes a list
