Systems and methods for efficiently managing bulk material are provided. The disclosure is directed to a portable support structure used to receive one or more portable containers of bulk material and output bulk material from the containers directly into the blender hopper. The portable support structure may include a frame for receiving and holding the one or more portable bulk material containers in an elevated position proximate the blender hopper, as well as one or more gravity feed outlets for routing the bulk material from the containers directly into the blender hopper. In some embodiments, the portable support structure may be transported to the well site on a trailer, unloaded from the trailer, and positioned proximate the blender unit. In other embodiments, the portable support structure may be a mobile support structure that is integrated into a trailer unit.

What is claimed is: 1. A system comprising: a plurality of portable containers; a portable support structure comprising: a plurality of support bodies each configured to support one of the plurality of portable containers, wherein one of the plurality of support bodies comprises an open space therein configured to receive a blender inlet; and a gravity feed outlet for each of the plurality of support bodies, configured to direct bulk material from the corresponding portable container supported thereon directly to the blender inlet in the open space; and a blender having the blender inlet, wherein: the blender is separate and distinct from the portable support structure, the blender inlet is disposed in the open space, and each gravity feed outlet comprises an upper end disposed beneath a discharge gate of the corresponding portable container, and a lower end disposed fully within the blender inlet. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein all of the portable containers are identical in shape and size. 3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of support bodies are coupled together to form a continuous, elongated rectangular body. 4. The system of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of outrigger supports configured to stabilize the portable support structure, wherein the plurality of outrigger supports are configured to extend from only one side of the portable support structure. 5. The system of claim 4 , further comprising slots configured for a forklift to engage. 6. The system of claim 5 , wherein the plurality of support bodies comprises a central support body, and the slots are disposed in the central support body. 7. The system of claim 6 , wherein a lower face of the central support body is elevated above a lower edge of the support structure. 8. The system of claim 6 , wherein the plurality of outrigger supports extend from one or more of the plurality of support bodies other than the central support body. 9. The system of claim 4 , wherein the plurality of support bodies are coupled together to form a continuous, elongated rectangular body. 10. The system of claim 9 , wherein the plurality of support bodies comprises three or more cubic or rectangular shaped supports. 11. The system of claim 10 , wherein the three or more cubic or rectangular shaped supports comprises three cubic or rectangular shaped supports, with a central cubic or rectangular shaped support, and the central cubic or rectangular shaped support has the open space disposed therein. 12. The system of claim 11 , wherein the plurality of outriggers do not extend from the central cubic or rectangular shaped support. 13. The system of claim 11 further comprising slots configured for a forklift to engage, and the slots are disposed in the central cubic or rectangular shaped support. 14. The system of claim 13 , wherein the plurality of outriggers do not extend from the central cubic or rectangular shaped support. 15. A method comprising: disposing a plurality of portable containers of bulk material onto a portable support structure having a plurality of support bodies, wherein each support body is configured to support one of the plurality of portable containers; opening a discharge gate of one or more of the plurality of portable containers; directing flow of bulk material from the discharge gate of each open portable container into an open space in one of the plurality of support bodies configured to receive a blender inlet of a blender, wherein the blender inlet is disposed in the open space; wherein the flow directly enters the blender inlet in the open space. 16. The method of claim 15 , further comprising positioning a gravity feed outlet for each support body to discharge flow of bulk material from the corresponding portable container directly into the blender inlet in the open space. 17. The method of claim 16 , further comprising positioning the blender inlet of the blender in the open space, wherein the blender is separate and distinct from the portable support structure. 18. The method of claim 17 , wherein positioning the blender inlet comprises locating the blender at a site, and lowering the portable support structure over the blender inlet. 19. The method of claim 17 , wherein positioning the blender inlet comprises moving a unit having the blender relative to the portable support structure until the blender inlet is received in the open space. 20. The method of claim 16 , wherein positioning a gravity feed outlet comprises positioning an upper end of the gravity feed outlet beneath the discharge gate of the corresponding portable container, and positioning a lower end of the gravity feed outlet fully within the blender inlet. 21. The method of claim 16 , further comprising disposing the portable support structure at a site, wherein disposing the portable support structure comprises using a fork lift to lift and manipulate the portable support structure by a plurality of slots. 22. The method of claim 21 , further comprising extending a plurality of outriggers on only one side of the portable support structure. 23. The method of claim 22 , further comprising removing all of the portable containers from the portable support structure and using the forklift to move the portable support structure using the plurality of slots, wherein the forklift is disposed on a side of the portable support structure opposite the outriggers. 24. The method of claim 23 , further comprising retracting the outriggers.
