The present invention relates to new isoindolinone or isobenzofuranone substituted indoles and derivatives of formula (I) wherein the groups R 1 to R 7 , R 10 and n have the meanings given in the claims and specification, their use as inhibitors of RAS-family proteins and their use as medicaments, especially as agents for treatment and/or prevention of oncological diseases.

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound selected from the group consisting of: or a salt thereof. 2. A pharmaceutical composition comprising at least one compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and optionally at least one pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 3. A pharmaceutical preparation comprising a compound according to claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and at least one other cytostatic and/or cytotoxic active substance.
