The invention claimed is: 1. A charging system comprising: an aerosol generating apparatus; and an external power supply device, wherein the aerosol generating apparatus includes: an insertion hole into which a cigarette is inserted; a heater; a power storage unit for supplying power to the heater; and a controller for controlling the heater, and the external power supply device includes: a case; an auxiliary power storage device storing power to be transferred to the aerosol generating apparatus; a charging accommodation portion that accommodates the aerosol generating apparatus in such a way that the aerosol generating apparatus is detachably attached to the charging accommodation portion, and is installed to the case to be rotatable, while accommodating the aerosol generating apparatus, between an first position where the insertion hole of the accommodated aerosol generating apparatus is exposed from the case and a second position where the insertion hole of the accommodated aerosol generating apparatus is concealed by the case, wherein a hinge is formed such that the charging accommodation portion is rotatably coupled to the case, wherein the case maintains the charging accommodation portion in the first position or the charging accommodation portion in the second position, wherein the external power supply device further includes a first magnetic body, wherein the aerosol generating apparatus further includes a second magnetic body facing the first magnetic body, and wherein even when the charging accommodation portion moves from the second position to the first position while the aerosol generating apparatus is accommodated in the charging accommodation portion and an upper portion of the aerosol generating apparatus is partially exposed to outside in the first position, a position of the aerosol generating apparatus relative to the charging accommodation portion is maintained by magnetic force between the first magnetic body and the second magnetic body, such that the aerosol generating apparatus and the auxiliary power storage device are electrically connected to each other. 2. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the case includes a concave recess into which the hinge is inserted, and wherein the charging accommodation portion is rotatably installed to the case by inserting the hinge. 3. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the external power supply device further includes adhesive elements installed in the case so as to be inclined with respect to the lengthwise direction of the case, and when the charging accommodating portion rotates to the first position, the charging accommodating portion is adhered to the adhesive elements, and the rotation of the charging accommodation portion is limited to correspond to the inclination angle of the adhesive elements. 4. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein when the charging accommodating portion rotates to the first position, the charging accommodating portion is maintained in the first position by pulling magnetic force between the case and the charging accommodating portion. 5. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein when the charging accommodating portion rotates to the second position, the charging accommodating portion is maintained in the second position by pulling magnetic force generated between the case and the charging accommodating portion. 6. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the case is formed such that a side surface of the case is opened, and the charging accommodation portion is disposed at the opened side surface of the case, and is formed to surround a portion of a side surface of the aerosol generating apparatus. 7. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein when the charging accommodating portion rotates to the second position, a lengthwise direction of the aerosol generating apparatus accommodated in the charging accommodating portion corresponds to the lengthwise direction of the case, and when the charging accommodating portion rotates to the first position, the lengthwise direction of the aerosol generating apparatus accommodated in the charging accommodation portion is inclined at a certain angle with respect to the lengthwise direction of the case. 8. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the external power supply device controls the auxiliary power storage device to supply the power to the aerosol generating apparatus accommodated in the charging accommodating portion, and wherein even when the aerosol generating apparatus has been accommodated in the charging accommodation portion positioned at the first position, the aerosol generating apparatus is attached to the charging accommodation portion by the magnetic force to receive the power from the auxiliary power supply device. 9. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the aerosol generating apparatus is attachable to and detachable from the charging accommodation portion when the charging accommodation portion is in the first position. 10. The charging system of claim 8 , wherein the external power supply device further includes a light-emitting diode (LED) displaying a charging status of the auxiliary power storage device. 11. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the external power supply device further includes a universal serial bus (USB) port that receives power from an external power source. 12. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the aerosol generating apparatus further includes a first button portion for transferring a signal to the controller. 13. The charging system claim 12 , wherein the external power supply device further includes a second button portion for transferring a signal to the auxiliary power supply device. 14. The charging system of claim 1 , wherein the aerosol generating apparatus further includes a cartridge that accommodates cigarette-type tobacco, and the heater is inserted into the cigarette-type tobacco to heat the cigarette-type tobacco.
