Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

An apparatus for manufacturing a cosmetic product including a mixing machine having a removable receiving device, a support defining a receiving housing, able to receive the receiving device, the receiving device being configured to receive first and second capsules containing respectively a first formulation and a second formulation, the two capsules being fluidly linked to each other, an actuation system, movable inside the receiving housing to exert a pressure force on the receiving device and/or on the first and/or the second capsule(s), a clamping mechanism, movable relative to the support and configured: in an insertion position, not to interfere with the insertion and the withdrawal of the receiving device including capsules into/from the receiving housing, and in a clamping position, to pinch a section of a capsule, in which the clamping mechanism is a clamping wheel, movable in rotation about a clamping wheel axis.

The invention claimed is: 1. A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a product, comprising a mixing machine including a removable receiving device, the mixing machine comprising: a support defining a receiving housing, configured to receive the receiving device, the receiving device configured to receive a first capsule and a second capsule containing, respectively, a first formulation and a second formulation, the first and second capsules fluidly linked to each other, an actuation system, movable inside the receiving housing to exert a pressure force on at least one of the receiving device, the first capsule, and the second capsule, a clamping mechanism, movable relative to the support and configured: in an insertion position, not to interfere with the insertion and the withdrawal of the receiving device including capsules into/from the receiving housing, and in a clamping position, to pinch a section of a capsule, wherein the clamping mechanism is a clamping wheel movable in rotation about a clamping wheel axis such that the clamping wheel is configured to roll against a guide wall, and a clamping wall fixed relative to the support, the clamping wheel is configured to clamp against the clamping wall in the clamping position, wherein the clamping wheel is configured to roll against the guide wall so that the clamping wheel rotates in the opposite direction of the arm, and wherein the clamping wall is a section of the guide wall. 2. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the clamping wheel is movably mounted in rotation on an arm, the arm movable in rotation about an arm axis of rotation. 3. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the clamping wheel is movably mounted in translation radially on the arm, with a return mechanism configured to move the clamping wheel away from the arm axis of rotation. 4. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 2 , wherein the clamping wheel is configured to rotate in the opposite direction of the arm. 5. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1 , comprising an auxiliary motor configured to move the clamping mechanism between the insertion position and the clamping position. 6. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1 , further comprising: a retention mechanism, movable relative to the support and configured: in an insertion position, to authorize an insertion and a withdrawal of the receiving device into/from the receiving housing, and in a blocking position, to block the withdrawal of the receiving device from the receiving housing, and/or a coupling mechanism, movable relative to the support and configured: in an insertion position, not to interfere with the insertion and the withdrawal of the receiving device into/from the receiving housing, in a coupling position, to exert a force on an actuation face of the receiving device. 7. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the retention mechanism comprises a retention wheel movable in rotation about a retention wheel axis. 8. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the retention wheel has first and second spokes, so that in the insertion position, the retention wheel does not extend in the receiving housing and so that in the blocking position, the retention wheel extends in the receiving housing to abut against the receiving device. 9. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the coupling mechanism comprises a coupling wheel, movable in rotation about a coupling wheel axis. 10. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the coupling wheel has first and second spokes, so that in the insertion position, the coupling wheel does not extend in the receiving housing and so that in the coupling position, the coupling wheel extends into the receiving housing to exert a force on an actuation face of the receiving device. 11. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the retention mechanism comprises a retention wheel movable in rotation about a retention wheel axis, and wherein the retention wheel axis and the coupling wheel axis are coincident. 12. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the clamping mechanism is at least one of: the retention mechanism and the coupling mechanism kinematically linked by a gear or a common pulley. 13. The manufacturing apparatus according to claim 12 , wherein the clamping wheel is movably mounted in rotation on an arm, the arm movable in rotation about an arm axis of rotation, and wherein the arm is kinematically linked to said gear or common pulley to be driven in rotation.
