A wireless access device can be configured to determine a list of accessory groups corresponding to accessories connected to a network managed by the wireless access device. The wireless access device may also be configured to identify at least one firmware update that corresponds to at least one accessory group of the list of accessory groups and request all firmware updates that correspond to the at least one accessory group. The wireless access device can also be configured to receive one or more firmware updates that corresponds to at least one of the accessories of the at least one accessory group for which a respective firmware update is available and transmit at least one firmware update of the received one or more firmware updates to at least one corresponding accessory of the at least one accessory group.

What is claimed is: 1. A method, comprising: determining, by a wireless access device, a list of accessory groups corresponding to accessories connected to a network managed by the wireless access device; identifying, by the wireless access device, at least one firmware update that corresponds to at least one accessory group of the list of accessory groups; based at least in part on identifying the at least one firmware update, requesting, by the wireless access device, a number of firmware updates larger than the at least one identified firmware update that correspond to the at least one accessory group of the list of accessory groups; receiving, by the wireless access device and based at least in part on the request, one or more firmware updates that corresponds to at least one of the accessories of the at least one accessory group for which a respective firmware update is available; and transmitting, by the wireless access device, at least one firmware update of the received one or more firmware updates to at least one corresponding accessory of the at least one accessory group. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein each accessory group of the list of accessory groups comprises at least two of the accessories connected to the network managed by the wireless access device. 3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising accessing, by the wireless access device, a remote source configured to manage a plurality of firmware versions. 4. The method of claim 3 , wherein the at least one firmware update is identified within the plurality of firmware versions managed by the remote source. 5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising receiving, by the wireless access device, firmware update information from a controller device on the network. 6. The method of claim 5 , wherein the at least one firmware update is identified based at least in part on the firmware update information received from the controller device. 7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more firmware updates are received from the remote source. 8. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured to store computer-readable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a wireless access device, configure the one or more processors to perform instructions comprising: determining, by the wireless access device, a list of accessory groups corresponding to accessories connected to a network managed by the wireless access device; identifying, by the wireless access device, at least one firmware update that corresponds to at least one accessory group of the list of accessory groups; based at least in part on identifying the at least one firmware update, requesting, by the wireless access device, a number of firmware updates larger than the at least one identified firmware update that correspond to the at least one accessory group of the list of accessory groups; receiving, by the wireless access device and based at least in part on the request, one or more firmware updates that corresponds to at least one of the accessories of the at least one accessory group for which a respective firmware update is available; and transmitting, by the wireless access device, at least one firmware update of the received one or more firmware updates to at least one corresponding accessory of the at least one accessory group. 9. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein each accessory group of the list of accessory groups comprises at least two of the accessories connected to the network managed by the wireless access device. 10. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise accessing, by the wireless access device, a remote source configured to manage a plurality of firmware versions. 11. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 10 , wherein the at least one firmware update is identified within the plurality of firmware versions managed by the remote source. 12. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein the operations further comprise receiving, by the wireless access device, firmware update information from a controller device on the network. 13. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 12 , wherein the at least one firmware update is identified based at least in part on the firmware update information received from the controller device. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium of claim 8 , wherein the one or more firmware updates are received from the remote source. 15. A wireless access device, comprising one or more processors in communication with one or more memories, the one or more processors configured to execute computer-executable instructions stored on the one or more memories to cause the wireless access device to at least: determine, by the wireless access device, a list of accessory groups corresponding to accessories connected to a network managed by the wireless access device; identify, by the wireless access device, at least one firmware update that corresponds to at least one accessory group of the list of accessory groups; based at least in part on identifying the at least one firmware update, request, by the wireless access device, a number of firmware updates larger than the at least one identified firmware update that correspond to the at least one accessory group of the list of accessory groups; receive, by the wireless access device and based at least in part on the request, one or more firmware updates that corresponds to at least one of the accessories of the at least one accessory group for which a respective firmware update is available; and transmit, by the wireless access device, at least one firmware update of the received one or more firmware updates to at least one corresponding accessory of the at least one accessory group. 16. The wireless access device of claim 15 , wherein each accessory group of the list of accessory groups comprises at least two of the accessories connected to the network managed by the wireless access device. 17. The wireless access device of claim 15 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to cause the wireless access device to at least access a remote source configured to manage a plurality of firmware versions. 18. The wireless access device of claim 17 , wherein the at least one firmware update is identified within the plurality of firmware versions managed by the remote source. 19. The wireless access device of claim 15 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to execute the computer-executable instructions to cause the wireless access device to at least receive firmware update information from a controller device on the network. 20. The wireless access device of claim 19 , wherein the at least one firmware update is identified based at least in part on the firmware update information received from the controller device.
