Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

A paper container includes a body front panel ( 5 ), a body left side panel ( 6 ), a body right side panel ( 8 ), and a body back panel ( 7 ), which are contiguous through body vertical folding lines. A vertical direction sealing panel ( 25 ) is configured to form a quadrangular tubular body ( 26 ). A top portion ( 28 ) has an inclined surface (S) which is lower on the body front panel side and higher on the body back panel side. The inclined surface has an opening, and a spout is provided at the opening. The body vertical folding line through which the body front panel and the body right side panel are contiguous with each other and the body vertical folding line through which the body front panel and the body left side panel are contiguous with each other are approximately symmetrical bent lines bent toward a center of the body front panel.

The invention claimed is: 1. A paper container, comprising: a body front panel, a body right side panel, a body left side panel, and a body back panel, the body front panel and the body right side panel being contiguous with each other through a first body vertical folding line, the body front panel and the body left side panel being contiguous with each other through a second body vertical folding line, the body back panel and the body right side panel being contiguous with each other through a third body vertical folding line, and the body back panel and the body left side panel being contiguous with each other through a fourth body vertical folding line; a vertical direction sealing panel configured to form a quadrangular tubular body; a first top panel contiguous with an upper end of the body front panel and a second top panel contiguous with an upper end of the body back panel, the first and second top panels being opposed to the body front panel and the body back panel through first top portion horizontal folding lines, respectively; a pair of side panels contiguous with an upper end of the body right side panel and an upper end of the body left side panel so as to be opposed to the body right side panel and the body left side panel through second top portion horizontal folding lines, respectively, the first and second top panels and the pair of side panels being folded inward and sealed so as to be tightly closed to form a top portion of the paper container; and a first bottom panel contiguous with a lower end of the body front panel and a second bottom panel contiguous with a lower end of the body back panel, the first and second bottom panels being opposed to the body front panel and the body back panel through first bottom portion horizontal folding lines, respectively; and a pair of inner panels contiguous with a lower end of the body right side panel and a lower end of the body left side panel so as to be opposed to the body right side panel and the body left side panel through second bottom portion horizontal folding lines, the first and second bottom panels and the pair of inner panels being folded inward and sealed so as to be tightly closed to form a bottom portion of the paper container, wherein the top portion has an inclined surface which is lower on a body front panel side of the paper container and higher on a body back panel side of the paper container, wherein the inclined surface has an opening, and a spout is provided at the opening, wherein the first body vertical folding line and the second body vertical folding line are approximately symmetrical bent lines which are bent inward toward a center of the body front panel, and the third body vertical folding line and the fourth body vertical folding line are approximately symmetrical bent lines which are bent inward toward a center of the body back panel, wherein a most inward point on each of the first, second, third and fourth body vertical folding lines is located above a center of the body front panel and a center of the body back panel in a vertical direction, wherein the body left side panel has a first recessed surface in a region between the most inward point on the second body vertical folding line and the most inward point on the fourth body vertical folding line, the first recessed surface being bent inward in accordance with an angle at which the second body vertical folding line and the fourth body vertical folding line are bent, and wherein the body right side panel has a second recessed surface in a region between the most inward point on the first body vertical folding line and the most inward point on the third body vertical folding line, the second recessed surface being bent inward in accordance with an angle at which the first body vertical folding line and the third body vertical folding line are bent. 2. The paper container according to claim 1 , wherein the body right side panel and the body left side panel have ridge portions extending along the vertical direction, and the ridge portions are formed of mountain-folded vertical folding lines. 3. The paper container according to claim 2 , wherein the body back panel, the second top panel which is contiguous with the upper end of the body back panel, and the second bottom panel which is contiguous with the lower end of the body back panel, are each divided into two pieces at a center position of a respective surface of the body back panel, the second top panel, and the second bottom panel in the vertical direction, wherein the vertical direction sealing panel is contiguous with division edges of one of the two pieces of the body back panel, one of the two pieces of the second top panel, and one of the two pieces of the second bottom panel, and wherein the vertical direction sealing panel is sealed to division edges of the other of the two pieces of each of the body back panel, the second top panel and the second bottom panel to form the quadrangular tubular body. 4. The paper container according to claim 1 , wherein the body back panel, the second top panel which is contiguous with the upper end of the body back panel, and the second bottom panel which is contiguous with the lower end of the body back panel, are each divided into two pieces at a center position of a respective surface of the body back panel, the second top panel, and the second bottom panel in the vertical direction, wherein the vertical direction sealing panel is contiguous with division edges of one of the two pieces of the body back panel, one of the two pieces of the second top panel, and one of the two pieces of the second bottom panel, and wherein the vertical direction sealing panel is sealed to division edges of the other of the two pieces of each of the body back panel, the second top panel and the second bottom panel to form the quadrangular tubular body.
