What is claimed is: 1. A composition for preserving human milk comprising: (a) pectin, wherein the pectin is: (i) between about 0.034 mg to about 9 mg; or (ii) between about 5 mg to about 1333 mg; or (iii) between about 34 mg to about 9000 mg; (b) vitamin C, wherein the vitamin C is: (i) between about 0.676 μg to about 101 μg; or (ii) between about 0.1 mg to about 15 mg; or iii) between about 0.676 mg to about 101 mg; and (c) vitamin E, wherein the vitamin E is: (i) between about 0.0122 μg to about 1.8 μg and the vitamin E is synthetic; or (ii) between about 1.8 μg to about 270 μg and the vitamin E is synthetic; or (iii) between about 0.01 mg to about 1.8 mg and the vitamin E is synthetic; or (iv) between about 0.01 μg to about 2.68 μg and the vitamin E is natural; or (v) between about 2.68 μg to about 402 μg and the vitamin E is natural; or (vi) between about 0.01 mg to about 2.68 mg and the vitamin E is natural. 2. The composition of claim 1 , further comprising lecithin. 3. The composition of claim 1 , further comprising one or more of a disintegrant, an absorbent, a colorant, a flavorant, a sweetener, or a dispersing agent. 4. The composition of claim 1 , further comprising a binder. 5. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is formulated as one of a concentrated liquid, a tablet, a powder, or a single use sachet. 6. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition decreases lipase activity and maintains antioxidation capacity of the human milk. 7. The composition of claim 1 , wherein preserving the human milk comprises one or more of preventing rancidity of the human milk, extending shelf life of the human milk, and maintaining nutritional properties of the human milk upon storage. 8. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the pectin is a low methoxyl pectin or a high methoxyl pectin.
