Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

Systems and methods for on demand service integration. A system includes at least one processor and a storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the at least one processor to perform operations including receiving from a customer system a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance at the customer system and searching an integrator database for a partner service communication template based on the received request. The operations also include configuring the integrator instance to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the communication template and establishing a communication link between the integrator instance and the partner service instance.

What is claimed is: 1. A system for on demand integration, the system comprising: a memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising: receiving from a customer system a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance, the integrator instance being located at the customer system; sending the received request to the partner service; sending, for display, a user interface, to the customer system, the user interface being configured to enable at least one user selection for configuration of the integrator instance; and configuring the integrator instance located at the customer system to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the at least one user selection. 2. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display user environment data for user selection. 3. The system of claim 2 , wherein the user environment data includes at least one of: a number of users, a type of application programming interface (API), a security configuration, or certificate information. 4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display instance data for user selection. 5. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display partner service data for user selection. 6. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display one or more dependencies based on the at least one user selection. 7. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display one or more additional components, based on the at least one user selection, for at least a second user selection. 8. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface includes a first section configured to display user environment data for user selection, a second section configured to display partner service data for user selection, and a third section configured to display a summary of selected options from the first and second sections. 9. The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display recommended options for further user selection based on the at least one user selection. 10. A method for on demand integration, the method comprising: receiving from a customer system a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance, the integrator instance being located at the customer system; sending the received request to the partner service; sending, for display, a user interface to the customer system, the user interface being configured to enable at least one user selection for configuration of the integrator instance; and configuring the integrator instance located at the customer system to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the at least one user selection. 11. The method of claim 10 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display user environment data for user selection. 12. The method of claim 11 , wherein the user environment data includes at least one of: a number of users, a type of application programming interface (API), a security configuration, or certificate information. 13. The method of claim 10 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display instance data for user selection. 14. The method of claim 10 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display partner service data for user selection. 15. The method of claim 10 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display one or more dependencies based on the at least one user selection. 16. The method of claim 10 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display one or more additional components, based on the at least one user selection, for at least a second user selection. 17. The method of claim 10 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display user environment data for user selection, partner service data for user selection, and a summary of user-selected options. 18. The method of claim 10 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display recommended options for further user selection based on the at least one user selection. 19. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing code for on demand integration, the code comprising instructions executable to: receive from a customer system a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance, the integrator instance being located at the customer system; send the received request to the partner service; send, for display, a user interface to the customer system, the user interface being configured to enable at least one user selection for configuration of the integrator instance; and configure the integrator instance located at the customer system to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the at least one user selection. 20. The non-transitory medium of claim 19 , wherein the user interface is further configured to display user environment data for user selection, partner service data for user selection, and a summary of user-selected options.
