Abstract

Official abstract text for this publication.

The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting uplink information, including: determining a frequency band for carrier sensing and an allocation manner of uplink frequency domain resources by receiving a signaling or by predefining via a protocol; performing carrier sensing at the determined frequency band for carrier sensing; and transmitting uplink information in uplink frequency domain resources determined according to the allocation manner of uplink frequency domain resources when a carrier is idle. The present disclosure also provides a user equipment for transmitting uplink information.

First claim

What is claimed is: 1. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving, from a base station (BS), downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling of uplink data, wherein the DCI includes first information and second information for a carrier sensing; and transmitting, to the BS, the uplink data on at least one RB of a plurality of RB sets, based on the first information in case that a channel related to the plurality of RB sets identified based on the second information in an unlicensed band is detected to be idle, wherein the plurality of RB sets indicated by the second information are consecutive RB sets on which the carrier sensing is performed, and wherein the first information includes a bitmap indicating whether each of frequency domain resource allocation units is allocated to the UE, and a size of the bitmap is a number of the frequency domain resource allocation units. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first information is related to allocation information of a frequency domain resource. 3. The method of claim 2 , the allocation information is related to an interlaced allocation manner. 4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: performing the carrier sensing on the plurality of RB sets, based on the second information. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first information includes information indicating at least one interlace among a plurality of interlaces. 6. A method performed by a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling of uplink data, wherein the DCI includes first information and second information for a carrier sensing; and receiving, from the UE, the uplink data on at least one RB of a plurality of RB sets, based on the first information in case that a channel related to the plurality of RB sets identified based on the second information in an unlicensed band is detected to be idle, wherein the plurality of RB sets indicated by the second information are consecutive RB sets on which the carrier sensing is performed, and wherein the first information includes a bitmap indicating whether each of frequency domain resource allocation units is allocated to the UE, and a size of the bitmap is a number of the frequency domain resource allocation units. 7. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first information is related to allocation information of a frequency domain resource. 8. The method of claim 7 , the allocation information is related to an interlaced allocation manner. 9. The method of claim 6 , wherein the carrier sensing is performed on the plurality of RB sets, based on the second information. 10. The method of claim 6 , wherein the first information includes information indicating at least one interlace among a plurality of interlaces. 11. A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising: a transceiver; and at least one processor coupled to the transceiver and configured to: control the transceiver to receive, from a base station (BS), downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling of uplink data, wherein the DCI includes first information and second information for a carrier sensing, and control the transceiver to transmit, to the BS, the uplink data on at least one RB of a plurality of RB sets, based on the first information in case that a channel related to the plurality of RB sets identified based on the second information in an unlicensed band is detected to be idle, wherein the plurality of RB sets indicated by the second information are consecutive RB sets on which the carrier sensing is performed, and wherein the first information includes a bitmap indicating whether each of frequency domain resource allocation units is allocated to the UE, and a size of the bitmap is a number of the frequency domain resource allocation units. 12. The UE of claim 11 , wherein the first information is related to allocation information of a frequency domain resource. 13. The UE of claim 12 , the allocation information is related to a interlaced allocation manner. 14. The UE of claim 11 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to: perform the carrier sensing on the plurality of RB sets, based on the second information. 15. The UE of claim 11 , wherein the first information includes information indicating at least one interlace among a plurality of interlaces. 16. A base station (BS) in a wireless communication system, the BS comprising: a transceiver; and at least one processor coupled to the transceiver and configured to: control the transceiver to transmit, to a user equipment (UE), downlink control information (DCI) for scheduling of uplink data, wherein the DCI includes first information and second information for a carrier sensing; and control the transceiver to receive, from the UE, the uplink data on at least one RB of a plurality of RB sets, based on the first information in case that a channel related to the plurality of RB sets identified based on the second information in an unlicensed band is detected to be idle; wherein the plurality of RB sets indicated by the second information are consecutive RB sets on which the carrier sensing is performed; and wherein the first information includes a bitmap indicating whether each of frequency domain resource allocation units is allocated to the UE, and a size of the bitmap is a number of the frequency domain resource allocation units. 17. The BS of claim 16 , wherein the first information is related to allocation information of a frequency domain resource. 18.
