A system and method for processing promotions in connection with digital purchasing. Data associated with a digital purchase request made by a consumer (the data comprising a token, an amount associated with the transaction, a promotional code for each item included in the digital purchase request associated with a promotion, a default transaction amount, and a single default promotional code) is received from a merchant server. The single default promotional code is assigned to all items included in the digital purchase request that are associated with promotions. Using the token, account information associated with the consumer is retrieved from a database. For each promotional code received, promotional information is retrieved. The retrieved promotional information is displayed. The digital purchase request is submitted for processing using the single default promotional code.

The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the checkout operation is associated with the multiple display promotions based on a match between the checkout operation a set of eligible promotions for one or more of a merchant, the account number, and the default transaction amount. 3. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising: selecting the plurality of items as part of a purchase transaction associated with the checkout operation wherein the multiple display promotions are selected based on a match between the plurality of items and a set of eligible promotions. 4. The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the data associated with the multiple display promotions further includes promotional disclosure information for the plurality of promotions. 5. A client device, comprising: a memory; and one or more processors coupled to the memory, the one or more processors being configured to perform operations including: initiating a checkout operation, wherein the checkout operation is associated with an account number, a default transaction amount, and a plurality of items associated with a plurality of promotions; receiving data associated with multiple display promotions and a single default promotional code, wherein the data associated with the multiple display promotions includes validation information for one or more promotions of the multiple display promotions, wherein the single default promotional code is associated with the plurality of items, the plurality of promotions, and the default transaction amount, wherein the default transaction amount is a sum of all transaction amounts associated with the plurality of items, and wherein the data is obtained by a server call for eligible promotional information for the plurality of promotions associated with the single default promotional code; displaying the data associated with the multiple display promotions using a display of the client device, wherein displaying includes displaying terms and conditions associated with the multiple display promotions; receiving input corresponding to acceptance of two or more of the multiple display promotions associated with the single default promotional code; and facilitating completion of the checkout operation with an updated transaction amount associated with the two or more of the multiple display promotions, wherein the server call is employed to reduce processing time in validating error messages during the checkout operation. 6. The client device of claim 5 , wherein the checkout operation is associated with the multiple display promotions based on a match between the checkout operation a set of eligible promotions for one or more of a merchant, the account number, and the default transaction amount. 7. The client device of claim 5 , wherein the operations further comprise: selecting the plurality of items as part of a purchase transaction associated with the checkout operation wherein the multiple display promotions are selected based on a match between the plurality of items and a set of eligible promotions. 8. The client device of claim 5 , wherein the data associated with the multiple display promotions further includes promotional disclosure information for the plurality of promotions. 9.
