What is claimed is: 1. Apparatus for displaying information associated with a wireless location node, the apparatus comprising: a) an Agent supportable device supportable by an agent at a location relative to a ground plane, the Agent supportable device comprising: b) a memory storing a software program; c) a network interface enabling the Agent supportable device to communicate via a wireless data communication standard; d) an antenna configured to communicate with a wireless data transceiver; e) an ultra-wideband (UWB) transceiver in logical communication with the antenna; f) an energy receiver; g) a user interface surface; h) a clock; i) a processor in logical communication with the memory, the processor operative via execution of the software program to cause the Agent supportable device to: i) generate a position for a location of a node based upon wireless communication between the node and the UWB transceiver; ii) associate digital content stored with the position of the node; iii) establish a radio target area for the energy receiver, said radio target area comprising an area in a field of view of one or both of: a charged couple device (CCD) and a complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS); iv) receive energy into the energy receiver from the radio target area; v) generate a digital representation of the energy received into the energy receiver at an instance in time; vi) generate a user interactive interface comprising the digital representation of the energy received into the energy receiver at the instance in time; vii) include in the user interactive interface a dynamic portion representative of the location of the node; viii) receive a user input on the user interface surface corresponding with the dynamic portion of the user interactive interface; and ix) based upon the user input received into the dynamic portion of the user interactive interface, display the digital content associated with the position of the node in the user integrative interface. 2. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the radio target area comprises the location of the node. 3. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the user interactive interface is displayed on the user interface surface, and the processor is additionally operative to receive into the Agent supportable device a digital quantification of a condition of an item of equipment within the radio target area at the instance in time, and displaying the digital quantification of the condition in the user interactive interface. 4. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the processor is additionally operative to: receive multiple disparate energy wavelengths into the energy receiver at the instance in time, the disparate energy wavelengths received from different geospatial locations; and indicating the disparate energy wavelengths in the user interactive interface. 5. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the digital content comprises a virtual tag associated with an area comprising the positional coordinates. 6. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the node comprises a transceiver capable of wireless communication and the processor is additionally operative to: transceive a wireless communication between the Agent supportable device and the node; and generate the positional coordinates for the node based upon the wireless communication between the node and the Agent supportable device. 7. The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the processor is additionally operative to identify a wireless communication area comprising the radio target area of the energy receiver, the wireless communication area based upon a communication distance of an Ultra-Wideband modality in an area encompassing the energy receiver. 8. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the Agent supportable device comprises a transceiver capable of wireless communication between the Agent supportable device and at least one transceiver using a Bluetooth modality; and the processor is additionally operative to generate a distance to the at least one transceiver using a Bluetooth modality. 9. The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the processor is additionally operative to identify a wireless communication area comprising the radio target area of the energy receiver, the wireless communication area based upon a communication distance of a Bluetooth modality in an area encompassing the energy receiver. 10. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the processor is additionally operative to generate the positional coordinates representative of a location of the node. 11. The apparatus of claim 10 , wherein the positional coordinates representative of the location of the node comprise Cartesian Coordinates. 12. The apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the positional coordinates are based upon at least one of: an angle of arrival and an angle of departure. 13. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the radio target area comprises a storage area. 14. The apparatus of claim 13 , wherein the radio target area comprises a frustum extending outward from the energy receiver. 15. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the processor is additionally operative to redefine the radio target area based upon a change in position of the energy receiver. 16. The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the processor is additionally operative to quantify an amount of infrared energy as a digital value. 17. The apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the energy received into the energy receiver comprises one or more of: an infrared wavelength; and a wavelength between 400 nanometers and 700 nanometers. 18. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the Agent supportable device comprises a smart phone. 19. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the Agent supportable device comprises a smart tablet. 20. The apparatus of claim 2 , wherein the Agent supportable device comprises a headset.
