A climbing system, in particular a self-climbing formwork system, comprising at least one climbing rail which is guided on at least two climbing shoes, wherein the climbing shoes can be fastened on and/or in a cured concreting section, and wherein the climbing shoes are designed to guide the climbing rail and/or to hold it at least with respect to a climbing direction, and an actuator. The at least one climbing rail has at least a first and a second rail part, wherein the first and the second rail part are arranged one behind the other as viewed in the climbing direction, in that the first and the second rail part can each be guided and held by means of one of the climbing shoes, and in that the actuator is designed to selectively increase or reduce the distance between the first and the second rail part along the climbing direction.

The invention claimed is: 1. A climbing system, comprising: at least one climbing rail guided on at least two climbing shoes, the climbing shoes capable of being fastened to and/or in a hardened concreting section, and the climbing shoes being configured to guide the climbing rail and to at least hold said climbing rail with respect to a climbing direction, and an actuator, wherein the at least one climbing rail comprises at least one first and one second rail part, the first and the second rail part being arranged one behind the other when viewed in the climbing direction, in that the first and the second rail part can each be guided and held by means of one of the climbing shoes, and in that the actuator is configured to increase the distance between the first and the second rail part in the climbing direction in order to move the first rail part while being supported via the second rail part at the climbing shoe away from the second rail part, or decrease the distance to climb the second rail part along the climbing direction, when the first rail part is held in its associated climbing shoe. 2. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the climbing rail comprises a leading rail part in the form of the first rail part that leads in the climbing direction and a trailing rail part in the form of the second rail part that trails the leading rail part in the climbing direction. 3. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the climbing system is configured as a rail-guided self-climbing system. 4. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator is designed as or comprises at least one of: a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder, a spindle drive, a rack-and-pinion drive and/or a chain drive. 5. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator is designed to be remote-controllable or as a remote-controllable unit. 6. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator is or can be fixed to the trailing rail part. 7. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the actuator is arranged on an inner and/or outer face of the first and/or the second rail part. 8. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the first and the second rail part are guided relative to one another by means of a guide element. 9. The climbing system according to claim 8 , wherein the guide element is rail-shaped and/or is designed as a profiled metal sheet, or as a tube or profiled piece having a round or angular cross section. 10. The climbing system according to claim 8 , wherein the guide element is arranged on or in the first and/or on or in the second rail part on the inside and/or the outside. 11. The climbing system according to claim 8 , wherein the guide element surrounds the first and/or the second rail part in part. 12. The climbing system according to claim 8 , wherein the guide element comprises a joint. 13. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the climbing system comprises a position-measuring apparatus for detecting the distance and/or the position of the actuator, the first and/or the second rail part. 14. The climbing system according to claim 13 , wherein the position-measuring apparatus is integrated in the actuator, arranged thereon and/or formed thereon and/or assigned thereto. 15. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the first and the second rail part are designed as a profiled rail, comprising one of: a U-shaped, double U-shaped, T-shaped, or H-shaped profiled rail. 16. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the climbing system comprises an additional actuator and an additional climbing rail spaced apart from the climbing rail, the climbing system being configured to operate the actuator and the additional actuator such that they are coordinated with one another in a synchronous manner. 17. The climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the climbing system comprises a working platform, a trailing platform and/or a protective grating. 18. The climbing system according to claim 17 , wherein the protective grating is formed in at least two parts, a first protective-grating part being indirectly or directly arranged on the first or on the second rail part and a second protective-grating part being indirectly or directly arranged on the other of the two rail parts. 19. A method for operating a climbing system according to claim 1 , wherein the distance between the first and the second rail part is first increased and then decreased. 20. The method according to claim 19 , comprising the steps of: sliding the first rail part into a leading position by means of the actuator, fixing the first rail part in the leading position, in a first climbing shoe when viewed in the climbing direction, detaching the first rail part from a second climbing shoe, the second climbing shoe being arranged behind the first climbing shoe when viewed in the climbing direction, and pulling the second rail part in the climbing direction by means of the actuator. 21. The method according to claim 19 , wherein a working platform, a trailing platform and/or a protective grating are moved together with the first and/or the second rail part.
