The invention claimed is: 1. A method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber before operation of the aseptic filler, the aseptic filler filling a sterilized container with a sterilized content in an aseptic atmosphere and sealing the container filled with the content, wherein after the interior of the chamber of the aseptic filler is cleaned by spraying a cleaning liquid into the chamber, spindles of the cappers are moved up and down to remove any of the cleaning liquid remaining on bellows protecting the spindles, and a sterilizer is then sprayed into the chamber of the aseptic filler. 2. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 1 , wherein the sterilizer contains hydrogen peroxide. 3. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 1 , wherein the sterilizer contains peracetic acid. 4. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning liquid is aseptic water. 5. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 1 , wherein when driving a transfer device, heated aseptic air is blown into the chamber of the aseptic filler. 6. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 2 , wherein the cleaning liquid is aseptic water. 7. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 3 , wherein the cleaning liquid is aseptic water. 8. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 2 , wherein when driving a transfer device, heated aseptic air is blown into the chamber of the aseptic filler. 9. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 3 , wherein when driving a transfer device, heated aseptic air is blown into the chamber of the aseptic filler. 10. The method for sterilizing an interior of an aseptic filler chamber according to claim 4 , wherein when driving a transfer device, heated aseptic air is blown into the chamber of the aseptic filler.
