A heterocyclic compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 and an organic light emitting device including the same, and the heterocyclic compound which is used as a material of an organic material layer of the organic light emitting device and provides improved efficiency, low driving voltage and improved lifetime characteristics of the organic light emitting device.

The invention claimed is: 1. A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1: wherein, in Chemical Formula 1, Y is O or S, A is a benzofuran ring, a benzothiophene ring, dibenzofuran ring or dibenzothiophene ring, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are each independently a substituent represented by Chemical Formula 2, and m, n, o and p are each independently 0 or 1, and at least one thereof is 1, wherein, in Chemical Formula 2, L is a single bond or a C 6-30 arylene, X 1 , X 2 and X 3 are each independently N or CR′, and at least two thereof are N, each R′ is independently hydrogen, deuterium, or C 1-10 alkyl, and Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently C 6-30 aryl or pyridyl, and they are independently unsubstituted or substituted with a nitrile group, a C 1-10 alkyl, or a C 1-10 alkoxy. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound is any one selected from compounds represented by Chemical Formulas 3 to 18: wherein, in Chemical Formulas 3 to 18, Y, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , m, n, o and p are the same as defined in claim 1 . 3. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein L is a single bond, phenylene or biphenylylene. 4. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently phenyl, biphenylyl, naphthyl, terphenylyl, dimethylfluorenyl, diphenylfluorenyl or pyridyl, and are each independently unsubstituted or substituted with cyano, C 1-10 alkyl or C 1-10 alkoxy. 5. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently phenyl, biphenylyl, naphthyl or pyridyl, and are each independently unsubstituted or substituted with cyano, C 1-10 alkyl or C 1-10 alkoxy. 6. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R′ is hydrogen. 7. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 is any one selected from the group consisting of the following:
