The invention claimed is: 1. A compound represented by Chemical Formula 1: wherein, in Chemical Formula 1, Y is O or S, A is a benzofuran ring, a benzothiophene ring, dibenzofuran ring or dibenzothiophene ring, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are each independently a substituent represented by Chemical Formula 2, and m, n, o and p are each independently 0 or 1, and at least one thereof is 1, wherein, in Chemical Formula 2, L is a single bond or a C 6-30 arylene, X 1 , X 2 and X 3 are each independently N or CR′, and at least two thereof are N, each R′ is independently hydrogen, deuterium, or C 1-10 alkyl, and Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently C 6-30 aryl or pyridyl, and they are independently unsubstituted or substituted with a nitrile group, a C 1-10 alkyl, or a C 1-10 alkoxy. 2. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound is any one selected from compounds represented by Chemical Formulas 3 to 18: wherein, in Chemical Formulas 3 to 18, Y, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , m, n, o and p are the same as defined in claim 1 . 3. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein L is a single bond, phenylene or biphenylylene. 4. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently phenyl, biphenylyl, naphthyl, terphenylyl, dimethylfluorenyl, diphenylfluorenyl or pyridyl, and are each independently unsubstituted or substituted with cyano, C 1-10 alkyl or C 1-10 alkoxy. 5. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein Ar 1 and Ar 2 are each independently phenyl, biphenylyl, naphthyl or pyridyl, and are each independently unsubstituted or substituted with cyano, C 1-10 alkyl or C 1-10 alkoxy. 6. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein R′ is hydrogen. 7. The compound according to claim 1 , wherein the compound represented by Chemical Formula 1 is any one selected from the group consisting of the following:
