A visceral double-barreled main body stent graft and methods for its use, the stent graft comprises, a main body stent graft having distal and proximal ends, the main body stent graft's length ranges from about 100-120 mm and diameter at the proximal end ranges from about 30-45 mm, first and second lumens defined at the main body stent graft's distal end, the first lumen's diameter ranges from about 18-20 mm, the second lumen's diameter ranges from about 16-18 mm, the first and second lumens have about the same length from about 50-70 mm, the first lumen is secured to the second lumen along a shared length, and the main body stent graft defines a tubular wall that is contiguous with the first and second lumens such that any fluid entering the main body must exit through one of the first or second lumens.

I claim: 1. A method comprising: deploying at least a portion of a stent graft into a position superior to a celiac artery, wherein the stent graft comprises (i) a main body stent graft having a distal end and a proximal end, (ii) a first lumen defined at the distal end of the main body stent graft, and (iii) a second lumen defined at the distal end of the main body stent graft; deploying a proximal end of a first bridging stent graft into the first lumen of the main body stent graft, wherein a distal end of either (i) the first bridging stent graft or (ii) one or more first additional extension stent grafts are positioned in one or more visceral segments of an abdominal aorta; and deploying a proximal end of a second bridging stent graft into the second lumen of the main body stent graft, wherein a distal end of either (i) the second bridging stent graft or (ii) one or more second additional extension stent grafts are positioned in one or more arteries distal to an abdominal aortic aneurysm to provide exclusion of arterial blood flow and pressure from the abdominal aortic aneurysm, wherein the main body stent graft defines a tubular wall that is contiguous with the first lumen and the second lumen such that any fluid entering the main body stent graft must exit through one of the first lumen or the second lumen. 2. The method of claim 1 , wherein deploying the at least a portion of the stent graft into the position superior to the celiac artery comprises: introducing a guidewire into the abdominal aorta via arterial access; loading a delivery catheter containing the stent graft onto the guidewire; and moving the delivery catheter along the guidewire and introducing the delivery catheter into the abdominal aorta via arterial access. 3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the proximal end of the main body stent graft is positioned about 6 cm or more above the celiac artery. 4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the main body stent graft has a length in the range from about 30 mm to about 120 mm, wherein the main body stent graft has a diameter at the proximal end of the main body stent graft in the range from about 25 mm to about 45 mm, wherein the first lumen has a diameter in the range from about 10 mm to about 20 mm, wherein the second lumen has a diameter in the range from about 10 mm to about 18 mm, and wherein the first lumen and the second lumen have a same length of about 30 mm to about 70 mm. 5. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first lumen is secured to the second lumen along a shared length. 6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the proximal end of the first bridging stent graft overlaps with the first lumen of the main body stent graft by approximately 2-5 cm, and wherein the proximal end of the second bridging stent graft overlaps with the second lumen of the main body stent graft by approximately 2-5 cm.
