What is claimed is: 1. An adjustable curved curtain rod assembly comprising: a first curved rod; and an adjustable end cap assembly comprising: a first wall plate; a first shaft connectable to the first wall plate; an insert having a first portion insertable into an end of the first curved rod, the insert mating with the first curved rod to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the first curved rod, the insert to slidably receive at least a portion of the first shaft and having external threading; and a handle having internal threading that mates with the external threading of the insert; wherein rotation of the handle in one direction moves the handle relative to the insert causing the handle to exert force on the first shaft in a first direction and the insert to exert force on the first curved rod in a second direction, wherein the first curved rod includes a sidewall, and the insert engages the sidewall to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the first curved rod, wherein the sidewall is shaped to engage a complementary shape of the insert to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the first curved rod. 2. The adjustable curved curtain rod assembly of claim 1 wherein the insert includes the first portion and a second portion, the second portion including the external threading and the first portion including the complementary shape. 3. The adjustable curved curtain rod assembly of claim 2 wherein the insert includes an annular flange intermediate the first portion and the second portion. 4. The adjustable curved curtain rod assembly of claim 1 wherein the sidewall includes a first surface, the insert includes a second surface, and the first surface engages the second surface to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the first curved rod. 5. The adjustable curved curtain rod assembly of claim 4 wherein the first surface slides over the second surface when the insert is inserted into the first curved rod. 6. An adjustable curved rod assembly comprising: a first curved rod; a second curved rod that telescopes with the first curved rod; an adjustable end cap assembly comprising: a first wall plate defining a first socket; a first connector having a first end received in the first socket such that first end is able to pivot in the first socket; and an insert having a first insertion portion received in an end of the first curved rod, the first insertion portion mating with the first curved rod to prohibit rotation of the first insertion portion relative to the first curved rod; and a handle rotatably connected to the insert such that rotation in one direction urges the first connector away from the first insertion portion; and a fixed end cap assembly comprising: a second wall plate defining a second socket; a second connector having a second end received in the second socket such the second end is able to pivot in the second socket; and a second insertion portion received in an end of the second curved rod, the second insertion portion mating with the second curved rod to prohibit rotation of the second insertion portion relative to the first curved rod, wherein the first curved rod includes a first sidewall, and the insert engages first the first sidewall to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the first curved rod, wherein the first sidewall is shaped to engage a first complementary shape of the insert to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the first curved rod. 7. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 6 wherein the insert includes the first insertion portion and a second portion, the second portion including external threading and the first insertion portion including the first complementary shape. 8. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 7 wherein the insert includes a first annular flange intermediate the first portion and the second portion. 9. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 6 wherein the first sidewall includes a first surface, the insert includes a second surface, and the first surface engages the second surface to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the first curved rod. 10. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 9 wherein the first surface slides over the second surface when the insert is inserted into the first curved rod. 11. An adjustable curved rod assembly comprising: a first curved rod; a second curved rod that telescopes with the first curved rod; an adjustable end cap assembly comprising: a first wall plate defining a first socket; a first connector having a first end received in the first socket such that first end is able to pivot in the first socket; and an insert having a first insertion portion received in an end of the first curved rod, the first insertion portion mating with the first curved rod to prohibit rotation of the first insertion portion relative to the first curved rod; and a handle rotatably connected to the insert such that rotation in one direction urges the first connector away from the first insertion portion; and a fixed end cap assembly comprising: a second wall plate defining a second socket; a second connector having a second end received in the second socket such the second end is able to pivot in the second socket; and a second insertion portion received in an end of the second curved rod, the second insertion portion mating with the second curved rod to prohibit rotation of the second insertion portion relative to the first curved rod, wherein the second curved rod includes a second sidewall, and the second insertion portion engages the second sidewall to prohibit rotation of the second insertion portion relative to the second curved rod, wherein the second sidewall is shaped to engage a second complementary shape of the second insertion portion to prohibit rotation of the insert relative to the second curved rod. 12. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 11 wherein the second sidewall includes a third surface, the second insertion portion includes a fourth surface, and the third surface engages the fourth surface to prohibit rotation of the second insertion portion relative to the second curved rod. 13. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 12 wherein the third surface slides over the fourth surface when the second insertion portion is inserted into the second curved rod. 14. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 11 wherein the second insertion portion includes a third portion and a fourth portion, the fourth portion including the second complementary shape. 15. The adjustable curved rod assembly of claim 14 wherein the second insertion portion includes a second annular flange intermediate the third portion and the fourth portion.
