What is claimed is: 1. A head-up display comprising: a backlight configured to emit light; a light-diffusion member through which the light emitted by the backlight is transmitted; a heat sink disposed along at least one side of the light-diffusion member and one side of the backlight; a Fresnel lens through which the light transmitted through the light-diffusion member is transmitted; a display screen through which the light transmitted through the Fresnel lens is transmitted; and a mirror that reflects the light transmitted through the light-diffusion member toward a target space. 2. The head-up display according to claim 1 , wherein the light-diffusion member has a thickness equal to or smaller than 300 μm. 3. The head-up display according to claim 1 , wherein an uneven surface of the Fresnel lens is on a backlight side. 4. The head-up display according to claim 1 , wherein the heat sink has a plurality of plate-shaped fins protruding from an outer surface of the heat sink in a direction intersecting a direction in which the light-diffusion member and the backlight are arranged. 5. The head-up display according to claim 1 , wherein the heat sink is made of aluminum. 6. The head-up display according to claim 1 , wherein the heat sink includes a body part having a hollow rectangular prism shape. 7. A head-up display comprising: a backlight configured to emit light; a first light-transmissive member through which the light emitted by the backlight is transmitted; a second light-transmissive member through which the light transmitted through the first light-transmissive member is transmitted; a light-diffusion member through which the light transmitted through the second light-transmissive member is transmitted; and a mirror that reflects the light transmitted through the light-diffusion member toward a target space, wherein the light-diffusion member has a thickness equal to or smaller than 300 μm. 8. The head-up display according claim 7 further comprising: a display screen in which the light transmitted through the light-diffusion member enters and emits the light toward the mirror. 9. The head-up display according to claim 7 further comprising: a heat sink disposed along at least one side of the light-diffusion member and one side of the backlight. 10. The head-up display according to claim 9 , wherein the heat sink has a plurality of plate-shaped fins protruding from an outer surface of the heat sink in a direction intersecting a direction in which the light-diffusion member and the backlight are arranged. 11. The head-up display according to claim 9 , wherein the heat sink is made of aluminum. 12. The head-up display according to claim 9 , wherein the heat sink includes a body part having a hollow rectangular prism shape. 13. A method for projecting an image for a head-up display comprising: emitting a light by a backlight; passing the light emitted by the backlight through an uneven surface of a Fresnel lens; passing the light transmitted through the Fresnel lens through a light-diffusion member; passing the light transmitted through the light-diffusion member through a display screen; displaying an image on the display screen; and forming a virtual image corresponding to the image displayed on the display screen by reflecting the light transmitted through the display screen, in a target space. 14. The method for projecting the image for head-up display according to claim 13 , wherein the light-diffusion member has a thickness equal to or smaller than 300 μm. 15. The method for projecting the image for head-up display according to claim 13 , wherein the light is incident on the uneven surface of the Fresnel lens. 16. The method for projecting the image for head-up display according to claim 13 , further comprising: dissipating heat radiating from the display screen through a heat sink disposed along at least one side of the light-diffusion member and one side of the backlight.
