The invention claimed is: 1. A sealing device comprising: i) a waterproofing layer having a first and a second major surface and comprising at least one thermoplastic elastomer P1 and ii) an outer layer of non-woven fabric directly adhered over at least part of its surface to the second major surface of the waterproofing layer, wherein the outer layer of non-woven fabric comprises at least one polymer P2, wherein the outer layer of non-woven fabric is directly adhered over at least part of its surface to the second major surface of the waterproofing layer through thermal bonding without the use of an adhesive, and wherein the sealing device further comprises a top layer having a first and a second major surface located on the upward facing side of the waterproofing layer opposite the side of the outer layer of non-woven fabric. 2. The sealing device according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one thermoplastic elastomer P1 and the at least one polymer P2 are compatible and/or at least partially miscible with each other. 3. The sealing device according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one polymer P2 is selected from the group consisting of polypropylene and polypropylene copolymers. 4. The sealing device according to claim 1 , wherein the outer layer of non-woven fabric has a mass per unit area (weight) of not more than 300 g/m 2 . 5. The sealing device according to claim 1 , wherein the outer layer of non-woven fabric forms one of the outermost layers of the sealing device. 6. The sealing device according to claim 1 further comprising a reinforcement layer fully embedded into the waterproofing layer, wherein the reinforcement layer comprises a non-woven fabric comprising inorganic and/or synthetic organic fibers and/or a non-woven scrim. 7. The sealing device according to claim 1 further comprising a reinforcement layer located between the top layer and the waterproofing layer, wherein the reinforcement layer comprises a non-woven fabric comprising inorganic and/or synthetic organic fibers and/or a non-woven scrim. 8. The sealing device according to claim 1 , wherein the waterproofing layer has a thickness determined by using the measurement method as defined in DIN EN 1849-2 standard of 0.1-5.0 mm. 9. The sealing device according to claim 1 , wherein the waterproofing layer is composed of a composition comprising: a) a thermoplastic elastomer component P and b) at least one elastomer E, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer component P comprises the at least one thermoplastic elastomer P1. 10. The sealing device according to claim 9 , wherein the composition comprises, as polymer basis, 25-85 wt.-% of the thermoplastic elastomer component P and 5-60 wt.-% of the at least one elastomer E. 11. The sealing device according to claim 9 , wherein the at least one elastomer E is selected from the group consisting of butyl rubbers and halogenated butyl rubbers. 12. A method for producing a sealing device according to claim 1 , the method comprising steps of: I) providing a waterproofing layer as defined in claim 1 , and II) adhering an outer layer of non-woven fabric as defined in claim 1 to the second major surface of the waterproofing layer by using thermal bonding means. 13. A method of using a layer of non-woven fabric as a sealing device, the method comprising: providing a layer of non-woven fabric having polypropylene fibers for reducing blocking of a polymeric layer having a first and a second major surface and comprising at least one propylene-based thermoplastic elastomer, directly adhering the layer of non-woven fabric over at least part of the non-woven fabric's surface to the first or second major surfaces of the polymeric layer through thermal bonding without the use of an adhesive, affixing a top layer having a first and a second major surface to a side of the polymeric layer opposite the side of the layer of non-woven fabric, and using the non-woven fabric as a sealing membrane for a roof system. 14. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the layer of non-woven fabric has a mass per unit area (weight) of not more than 300 g/m 2 . 15. The method according to claim 13 , wherein the polymeric layer further comprises at least one elastomer. 16. The method according to claim 15 , wherein the polymeric layer comprises, as polymer basis, 25-85 wt.-% of the at least one propylene-based thermoplastic elastomer and 5-60 wt.-% of the at least one elastomer. 17. A method for waterproofing a substrate comprising steps of: I. applying two or more sealing devices according to claim 1 on the surface of the substrate to be waterproofed, II. overlapping adjoining sealing devices along the length and/or width of the sealing devices, III. heating the overlapped portions of the sealing devices above the melting temperature of the waterproofing layer and bonding the opposing surfaces of the overlapped portions to each other under sufficient pressure to provide acceptable seam strength without use of adhesive. 18. The sealing device according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one thermoplastic elastomer P1 is a propylene-based thermoplastic elastomer.
