The present disclosure describes a communication system that includes communication circuitry and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to collect a piece of user information of a user via the communication circuitry, analyze the collected piece of user information to obtain a user preference of the user, and identify a piece of advertisement as targeting the user according to the user preference. The processing circuitry is further configured to generate a guidance message based on reason of promotion information stored in association with the piece of advertisement, transmit the guidance message to a client terminal of the user, and transmit the piece of advertisement to the client terminal. The guidance message and the piece of advertisement are to be output as vocalized speeches of a voice agent of the client terminal.

The invention claimed is: 1. An information processing apparatus, comprising: processing circuitry configured to: identify a piece of advertisement stored in a storage as targeting a user according to a preference of the user, determine a probability factor stored in the storage associated with the piece of advertisement, generate a guidance message based on text information stored in the storage in association with the piece of advertisement, generate a first piece of vocalized speech data to output the guidance message by a voice agent as first vocalized speech and transmit the first piece of vocalized speech data to a client terminal of the user based on the probability factor, and generate a second piece of vocalized speech data to output content of the piece of advertisement different from the text information by the voice agent as second vocalized speech and transmit the second piece of vocalized speech data to the client terminal of the user after the first piece of vocalized speech data is transmitted to the client terminal, wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to: determine whether content of a dialogue session between an agent server and the client terminal of the user matches a question sentence stored in the storage in association with the piece of advertisement, and in response to the content of the dialogue session being determined as matching the question sentence, determine whether to forward the piece of advertisement to the client terminal according to the probability factor. 2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to: collect user Internet browsing history information of the user or user Internet posting history information of the user, and analyze the collected user Internet browsing history information or the collected user Internet posting history information to obtain the preference of the user. 3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the probability factor is associated with the question sentence, and the processing circuitry is further configured to perform generation of the guidance message and generation of the first piece of vocalized speech data, or perform generation of the second piece of vocalized speech data, only after the piece of advertisement is determined to be forwarded to the client terminal according to the probability factor. 4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to: estimate a social graph of the user according to user information, identify one or more other users that are determined to be acquaintances of the user according to the social graph, and generate first one or more other pieces of vocalized speech data to output the guidance message and transmit the first one or more other pieces of vocalized speech data to one or more other client terminals of the one or more other users. 5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 4 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to: generate second one or more other pieces of vocalized speech data to output the content of the piece of advertisement and transmit the second one or more other pieces of vocalized speech data to the one or more other client terminals of the one or more other users after the first one or more other pieces of vocalized speech data are transmitted to the one or more other client terminals. 6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry is further configured to: estimate a social graph of the user according to user information, identify one or more other users that are determined to be acquaintances of the user according to the social graph, and in response to detecting that one of the one or more other users expresses interest in the piece of advertisement, transmit a third piece of vocalized speech data indicating that the one of the one or more other users expresses interest in the piece of advertisement to the client terminal. 7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to: estimate a social graph of the user according to user information, identify one or more other users that are determined to be acquaintances of the user according to the social graph, and in response to detecting that at least one of the one or more other users expresses interest in the piece of advertisement, transmit a third piece of vocalized speech data indicating a number of users among the one or more other users that expresses interest in the piece of advertisement to the client terminal. 8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the processing circuitry is configured to: identify one or more other users as being targeted by the piece of advertisement, and transmit the first piece of vocalized speech data and first one or more other pieces of vocalized speech data to output the guidance message to the client terminal and one or more other client terminals of the one or more other users after a total number of the user and the one or more other users reaches a target number. 9. An information processing method, comprising: identifying, by processing circuitry of an information processing apparatus, a piece of advertisement stored in a storage as targeting a user according to a preference of the user; determining a probability factor stored in the storage associated with the piece of advertisement; generating a guidance message based on text information stored in the storage in association with the piece of advertisement; generating a first piece of vocalized speech data to output the guidance message by a voice agent as first vocalized speech and transmitting the first piece of vocalized speech data to a client terminal of the user based on the probability factor; and generating a second piece of vocalized speech data to output content of the piece of advertisement different from the text information by the voice agent as second vocalized speech and transmitting the second piece of vocalized speech data to the client terminal of the user after the first piece of vocalized speech data is transmitted to the client terminal, wherein the information processing method further comprises: determining whether content of a dialogue session between an agent server and the client terminal of the user matches a question sentence stored in the storage in association with the piece of advertisement; and in response to the content of the dialogue session being determined as matching the question sentence, determining whether to forward the piece of advertisement to the client terminal according to the probability factor. 10. The information processing method according to claim 9 , further comprising: collecting user Internet browsing history information of the user or user Internet posting history information of the user; and analyzing the collected user Internet browsing history information or the collected user Internet posting history information to obtain the preference of the user. 11. The information processing method according to claim 9 , wherein the probability factor is associated with the question sentence, and the information processing method further comprises performing generation of the guidance message and generation of the first piece of vocalized speech data, or performing generation of the second piece of vocalized speech data, only after the piece of advertisement is determined to be forwarded to the client terminal according to the probability factor. 12.
